KSSIOUXFAN Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 who's our starting goalie? Haks pregame eluded to Walski getting the start tonight. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Anybody else having problems connecting to the audio broadcast on siouxxtra?? After logging in, it automatically opens the media window. I had to close that window and open it again by going to the schedule of live broadcasts and clicking on the broadcast from there. Kinda stupid, but after closing and reopening the window it worked. AussieSiouxFan Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I have video!!! I have really missed watching the fans dancing at the ralph while waiting for the game to start. YAY!!! SIOUX HOCKEY IS BACK!!! Its going to be a good season, i can feel it. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Haks pregame eluded to Walski getting the start tonight. Normally doesn't each goalie get one period? From the pre-game interviews it sounded like the new guy (can't remember his name), might not get any ice time and it'll be just Walksi and Eidsness. Quote

Each goalie usually plays a period, and every player on the team, unless injured, plays as well. Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 When are they starting the TV feed? Only have the pregame loop. Should have been 5:50, according to fightingsioux.com, but I also only have the pregame loop. Did somebody forget to press "go"? Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 So how long do the refs actually call the game NHL-style (based on the new NCAA rules)? I give it no more than a couple weeks before they go back to standard WCHA reffing. Quote

Games not on cable in the cities at all is it? Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Forgotten how much I miss watching Sioux hockey. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I must have missed hearing about that new rule. If a team ices the puck, they aren't allowed to make a line change on the stoppage. Same as the in NHL. Quote
