31-9
He gives a good interview. Not alot of "Ahh's", and you can understand him. Zach said he didn't know the selections were announced tomorrow, and if he doesn't get picked, he'll take a vacation. Yeah, except for that one interview where he was asked to describe the Devils' play in a certain period and all he did was make a funny face then say "We played gross." I've been waiting to see this, and someone finally put it on youtube: Zach's segment from last years NHL All Access: Sophomore Sensations. The Whistler
Stafford with an assist in tonight's Devils/Sabres game. Bochenski with an assist for the Ducks against San Jose. He got a goal for them in their last outing so he's on a roll. Hopefully he's found a home.
dallassiouxfan
Drew Stafford (and Ryan Miller) made special appearances at the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra's concert on Sunday. They joined Tenor Ronan Tynan in playing traditional Irish music. Here are some pictures: They did a feature on this on inside the NHL. It was on the nhl network this afternoon. siouxkid12
I was watching a few clips on youtube on Drew Stafford and I find it kind of weird that he has gotten into a few fights. For a first rounder shouldn't you be letting your tough guys do the fighting for you?

For a first rounder shouldn't you be letting your tough guys do the fighting for you? why would it matter if you are a first rounder? that doesnt make any sense at all. if you want to fight and you can hold your own and dont mind it then so be it and throw down every once in a while. hell crosby wooped up a guy last month

The majority of fights that I've seen Drew in is when he's sticking up for teammates. There's nothing wrong with that. Drew's a big boy and can take care of himself. I'm sure he has enough sense not to go against anyone who would pummel him.
Goon
Drew can hold his own, he took on thug/hack Chris Neil after he cheap shotted a team mate. I can resprect that.

AZSIOUX
Bochenski with an assist in the ducks 4-2 win over the stars. looks like hes getting some very nice icetime as well. hope he can keep it up because goig team to team isnt great for the ol moral and teams see that as well and you wonder if its bo instead of just teams not giving him a real shot. hope he tears it up unless its vs the yotes 5 games with anaheim so far, 1 goal, 2 assists. good start

I think he needs to play consistently and with skilled players. Bochenski has been getting great chances and will probably start burying them. AZSIOUX
AZ, Has M Jones been sent down, injured, or a healthy scratch lately? Haven't seen him in the lineup for the past several games. yeah it sucks as we have keith yandle who has a big upside and throws in a nice offensive game and that has forced matt as the 7th guy and sitting a lot lately. they have dressed 7 d men actually like 3 or 4 games which was different as that shows gretzky does like what matt brings but we are actually winning here now and yandle has been a nice spark as much as i want to see matt in there. i do think matt got a chance though the first half this season and will be a nice 5-6 d man for another team for the rest of his career or if the yotes deal any d men he will be the first to come back into the lineup. just a numbers game here and when you start winning yo have to go with what got you there and yandle coming up has forced jones to be sitting in the good ol pressbox

So, I can now start hoping for a Coyote losing streak
Goon
Bochenski with a goal tonight for the ducks, who now has 4 points in 4 straight games. Can't believe that he was discarded so fast, seems the still has the touch. Edited January 18, 2008 by Goon
