why play for the bison over another G5 team? They have proven nothing at the FBS level because they have not played a full season. The bison are at the top of the FCS and therefore can get the best recruits at that level and sometime steal some good G5 level recruits. How do they not lose their advantage if they move up?

How would the bison benefit from going FBS if they are not in a p5 conference? Their recruiting advantage will dissolve if they are only a G5 team.

You guys are all over looking men's basketball. They have the greatest potential to bring notariety to UND especially if they win a game in the big dance. BF should put more into that programs if he wants to grow the athletic department and possibly afford FBS Football.

Bowling green looks really tough. Their offense looks stout and their defense looks huge. I think it will be one of the tougher FBS games we will see especially after them winning the MAC

So what are the chances that we get a bowl game against the gophers? If the NCAA wants to make money on a garbage bowl game they should pick UND. You would think this game would be very highly attended. Only thing is the gophers are 5-6.......

Studsrud play has been awesome and has really led the team . This team deserves the playoffs with all their hard work this year. they could have easily been a two loss team. Proud of UND football!

I got to say studs has been pretty sharp today. This bye week helped a lot. The whole team looks completely better and are playing focus. Some of those penalties were the only sore spot of the day

finishing 6-5 would be a huge step for the program even if we do not make the playoffs. Winning last weekend resurrected the season. Without that win being 6-5 wouldn't feel as good.

I can't wait for nov 13! We have a good future UND football fans whether we make the playoffs or not . I also think studs has proved to us that he is the go to QB . He made the passes when it counted. A 7-4 season with no playoff birth would only leave this team wanting more and next year they will be even better.
