The move was made for a few reasons. 1) depth at WR 2) on punt return Dulin was pressing the gunner on the outside and it was very tough to get around him 3) he runs well, but catching was so so Seems to make sense if he can get the extra curricular activities behind him.

Bryce Blair back down to 250. Studsrud back to 185. Could they put a little more effort in updating the weights so we can properly envision our playoff run!!
-
Most activity will take place after spring ball so don't get too excited, yet. Look for an O-line and Corner but given the talent on our roster it's going to be hard to find a guy available that is better than what we have, my 2 cents. Coe last year was an awesome addition, so it is possible.
-
For sure, O-line, we have to be better this year getting a push.
-
I project Geier will crack the 2 deep at backer, leaning inside. With Disterhaupt there that really adds to the competition. I wonder if Rastas put on some size, could be a wild card, too. Lots of young backers. Let's see who emerges.........
-
Jade is proven, then pretty wide open with the guys mentioned above. Who are you pulling for?
-
Outside is pretty easy to learn compared to inside. O'brien and Bakker knew the calls last year. Without Bakker we need someone on the inside to run the front 7 and reportedly Disterhaupt understands the defense well. The other insides still have a ways to go with the comprehension and leadership. You will see good things from our young outside backers this coming season, guaranteed. Safety and inside backer making the calls, make everything work. Just a hunch.
-
Otherwise pretty salty, and fast. I wouldn't be surprised it Disterhaupt is starting come fall at inside. It was funny heading into the Wyoming game and everyone was like, "WTF, Santiago is our starting RB"? This staff is pretty sharp at putting guys in the right places.
-
Palmborg to outside backer where UND will be young, but really athletic. I think he's in the mix with the top 4-5 there.
-
I'm sure the article doesn't hurt......

Reyes or Harris - One of the 2 runs with Santiago and McKinnon for sprints. (Reyes) NFL scouts are regularly in contact with UND about 1 player. (Reyes) Harris will benefit from Reyes if he breaks out, or he could become a trendy talking point/player because of his size. (I can hear Mel Kiper now mentioning Harris, 6'3") As I mentioned before, Harris never took a redshirt, he has the potential to break out or the NFL may think they can develop him, both routes to get him drafted. Overall, Harris is a really good FCS player, he made some HUGE plays for us!! I am just of the opinion his NFL talk is based on a break out that hasn't happened, yet.
-
I don't see it this way - Reyes is the NFL guy if he stays healthy this season. I see Reyes as high as 3rd round. Harris maybe in the 6th/7th if he takes a step up this year, lacks closing speed with ball in air. The big thing Harris has is height for his position. The 3 picks for TDs is great for the stats, but without those the other 720 plays from last year don't scream 2nd round NFL.

Heard nothing about grades being an issue. Canadian commitment is a mysterious beast.

On his couch, uncommitted.

For those that don't know that's in the school song -

Rumor Mill, nearly all were committed this past weekend. Next week is full of undecideds, really big weekend to complete the class.

Thanks for the insight. Reynolds will not be considered at safety. You need to be a freak of nature to play safety in our system.

Without the BS holding call it's 7-0, Stick actually did fumble, and JMU just lost their starting RT and the backup was terrible, and 2 other starters were suspended. Yet, they still traveled to the mighty Fargo Dome and in spite of 8 false starts by all accounts 'HANDLED' you. All things considered the game wasn't that close. The announcers also said JMU beats the Bison 8 of 10 times. I would argue 10 out of 10 times.

Good one!! I think there is enough Mungs in Mlps to build a wall. Fleck needs to focus his cheerleadering on the top 5 recruits in MN that the Goofs never land.
-
Fleck is more of a cheerleader than a head coach. Too much Raw Raw feel good bull than I can handle. Buy him some pom poms......

Probably the Jews or laces weren't out...... The truth is could be the snap, the hold, the kick, the elements. It probably isn't fair to just look at the numbers, but that's what we do. He missed 2 at Bowling Green and that was an awful swirling high wind and occasional rain day, very challenging conditions on those 2 misses. Kickers are a big mystery and I don't have the code to crack it.

Wishbone, all problems solved-

A miss is a miss with field goals, the longer they are the more risk of a block because of trajectory. I am referring to height and distance in regards to Kick-offs and Kick-off coverage. The more height and distance the more time the coverage team has to get down the field, get off blocks, make a tackle, preventing the other team from obtaining good field position and/or momentum.
