Maybe they can use a snowflake board too so you can scream to the heavens with your demonically possessed brain when you don’t agree with some points I made. I thank you for rent free zone in your small non creative rat infested brain, but the only answer for your torment is to accept Jesus as an occupant.

Can only imagine Minnesota will veto funding for anything South of 32nd Avenue as it wouldn’t help EGF much. The Thompson bridge serves a purpose for sugar beet trucks now. Mayor Brown can threaten a veto, but money wouldn’t be there to build a bridge, which is more needed for Minnesotans anyway.

An article on merging the UAV and regular flight systems in ND and the elsewhere. Grand Sky should be one of the keys. https://www.prairiebusinessmagazine.com/business/technology/4643234-northern-plains-unmanned-aircraft-systems-test-site-helping-unleash-uas

The upper teams in DII back in the 70’s are essentially DI now, as DI has grown from the low 200 in numbers then to more that 350 now. DII has also grown from 200 to nearly 300 in that same time. Most of those schools have come from NAIA, and the old upper half of DII have mostly moved to DI. Look at the Northern Sun, which was mostly NAIA then. Look at the DII NCAA playoff games that UND was involved in. Ark St, S Illinois, Old Dominion, Chattanooga and others were DII or college division then too. Switching from the college and university divisions had a major effect as the huge DIII was split off, but DII teams increasingly saw DII as not for them as it doesn’t give enough upside advertising for the money spent. http://www.ncaa.org/governance/division-ii-membership-growth The population may have doubled, but the student numbers in the 70’s were mainly higher then now. Being a DI school now is much less exclusive than a DI school in the 60’s and 70’s. The level of DII now isn’t comparable to what it was then.

The new owner has a penchant for buying at a low price and then selling for a profit. The Coyotes are the lowest valued NHL team.

Never once said NDSU had a chance for the MWC unless that conference loses half its members that pay the bills or help it get better TV contracts. Fargo would have to quadruple in population and its arena and stadium would have to be near pro quality. SDSU has even less of a chance. But there are several posters on Bozoville that tout the remote possibility. It has almost nothing to do with FCS championships. As far as Summit football, some people with brains don’t want the Summit to lose an autobid because it doesn’t have enough men’s soccer or baseball teams, so substitute football for it. But no, minds like yours are absolutely opposed to that. It has never sunk in to your skull that the Summit is in trouble if PUFW leaves with its men’s soccer and baseball teams, even after years of explaining that. Ditto for W Illinois and ORU.

The AAC finds silver linings in UConn’s departure. https://www.forbes.com/sites/josephnardone/2019/07/31/aac-manages-to-snag-silver-lining-within-the-uconn-gloomy-cloud/#4b53d11b1d9a

The Board of Regents voted to merge the three Alaska campuses. https://www.adn.com/alaska-news/education/2019/07/30/university-leaders-meeting-in-anchorage-to-talk-budget-cuts-hear-from-dunleavy-administration/ Theoretically, UAF and UAA can still may separate sports teams, as it depends on those communities to fund them. Penn St has a whole conference of satellite teams playing at a lower level even though they are all actually part of the College Station Penn State.
-
So all these bozoville fans that believe they are the next MWC member: the MWC might drop Hawaii and San Jose St to get to 10, which guarantees rivalries games and gives better CFP payouts. https://mwwire.com/2019/07/25/is-contraction-the-answer-to-mountain-west-survival/

Those are all former normal schools like St Cloud St and Moorhead. Agriculture schools there are only byproducts of enrollment growth.. U of Illinois and U of Missouri are the true AG schools, like an U of Minnesota and U of Wisconsin. Illinois St is based in Normal for a reason, as the town got named after the school. The trolls don’t know anything again.
-
NDSU and SDSU lust for Montana St and Idaho because they are two of the last AG schools that aren’t in a major conference. NMSU isn’t either, but they want a Texas or California based conference with others mixed in badly, like the Big West used to be.
-
Oh yeah. SIU, Ind St, and W Illinois are not worthy of the Dakotas as they are all going broke and can’t compete academically within their own states. Illinois St has been looking for an FBS invite from the MAC for forty years. When the MVFC loses the Dakotas, they would have to look at Grand Valley St, Wayne St, Robert Morris, and Murray St. Trolls just never understand that the MVC considers NDSU and SDSU trash schools academically, so they would never get an invite. The MVC isn’t going to invite country hicks to their country club as AG schools are trash to them. NMSU was the last AG school and they haven’t been knocking in the MVC door again since they dropped FBS even when they badly needed options.

This article says that the UAV industry in Grand Forks expanded from 120 or so jobs in 2016 to more than 430 in 2018. https://www.westfargopioneer.com/business/4487413-north-dakota-unmanned-aircraft-industry-takes Thought the employment was projected to grow to more than a 1000 jobs by 2020.

Appears the Calgary Flames will get a new arena, so they won’t be in danger of moving to Houston, Portland, Quebec, etc. https://globalnews.ca/news/5696733/calgary-proposed-arena-deal-public-feedback/

A DII must have two teams sports for both M/W per school and 10 total sports. As they are at the lower limit, UAF and UAA can’t downsize unless they merge and disband what are their half the duplicate programs. Keeping separate means athletics goes away either by NCAA rule or finances. UAF and UAA right now each have M Hockey, M/W basketball and volleyball and six individual sports. They can’t save athletics barring a big donor or a merger.

So no chance of journalistic mistakes or misreporting. Triple Checked by Augie sources the December 2020 date.

The UAF Chancellor came out with a statement that he strongly supports athletics. UAA and UAF athletics could merge, so only one team would be eliminated. https://news.uaf.edu/friday-focus-what-athletics-can-do/

There were announcements in the Herald last year that two defense contractors were building their new facilities to take advantage of the UAV Park. Here’s a story on General Atomics expansion announcement. http://knoxradio.com/news/local/grand-sky-expansion http://www.ga-asi.com/ga-asi-expands-flight-test-and-training-center-in-north-dakota Northrop Grumman also listed expansion plans back in 2017.

NDSU football fans will convince Fargo to close Hector so they can build a larger domed stadium on those grounds for Big Ten football membership. It’s all spelled out on Bozoville. Where else is a bigger domed stadium possible? And more land for NDSU expansion of their cattle barns and experimental Ag stations?

The Islanders seem to have gotten all the necessary Ok’s from New York State to proceed building next to Belmont Park. The arena will be a Long Island RR stop and next to an expressway. Here are renderings: https://www.nhl.com/islanders/news/photos-belmont-arena-renderings/c-294225596

When the million of B1G WIH fans are glued to the TV to watch their glorious WIH teams, then the Big Ten Network will insist on it.

More talk of Augustana going DI. Morton has a plan to get an invite by December 2020. https://siouxfalls.business/augustana-maintains-academic-and-athletic-excellence-on-the-road-to-division-i/

St Thomas Academy playa there, so they get more support than either UST teams.
