MSP has insatiable demand for hockey and lacrosse. Start lax and join the Big East as an associate - there are rumors that they are talking. Drop M/W tennis and M/W swimming as they aren't spectator sports anyway. Keep baseball, softball, M/W soccer as they are. Keep fb non scholarship and keep the St John rivalry in that sport.

Edgewood, the senior housing local corporation, is known for making good financial decisions and recently bought the old Alerus building for HQ on the top floor. Trust them for making business decisions more than the city.

Have said G5's are unlikely to add hockey because fb costs to be competitive are almost always going up. But Toledo could be an exception because of its existing hockey fan base and existing college sized arena. Confident that they could be profitable day one. But that begs the next question, why doesn't BGSU play some home hockey games in the Huntington Center, if your arena is in disrepair?

Only asked because Toledo has a new 8000 seat rink, so starting hockey wouldn’t require a new facility. Toledo has supported minor league hockey well for years. Buffalo presumably could bet help from Pegula.
