  1. I also think Keaton will be a better player than Stetcher in the long wrong, if I have mentioned several times, however Stetch is playing really good hockey right now. I don't see him coming out.
  2. I think that the only way Murph is successful is if he's on a scoring line. You put a guy like that in the bottom 6 and he is useless. He doesn't seem to have the energy/grit to play bottom 6.
  3. He's canadian....Hak loves those guys. I think I'm starting to figure this out. However, he is more offensively gifted.
  4. I honestly am not. He was one of the last guys cut at camp.
  5. Eichel came in at 17, they both accelerated their schooling to come in after their junior year of high school. Also to some of the other posters, eichel is one and done and it really isn't a question.
  6. I was thinking the same thing last night, that has to be his thinking for adding UND to the list. I remember seeing a listing before in which UND was not on the list. In the past week or so he has added them.
  7. He plays for the u 18 squad. All in all, this is great news.
  8. Struggled is a stretch. Towards the end of last year he was one of our better dmen. Still don't know how long you can keep a 3rd rounder riding the pine. At some point they will have to play him; on a hunch I'm going to guess sooner than later.
  9. Are we going to be able to stream the UND vs WIS series? Or does anyone know if those games will be on TV?
  10. I sure hope so however I have no idea how. Stech has been a stud and Ausmus provides UND with that stay at home mentality. Just throwing it out there, I wonder if Stetcher could play C or W in our top 6? Great skater. Last week I saw him get caught down low with the puck and he was working the wall like a winger. Didn't look out of place whatso ever. Guy could probably play center depending on his faceoff ability. N schmaltz- stetcher - caggs, I would give it a whirl
  11. St.Clair looked good to me. Not sure why he would have sat. I think Hak is still waiting to see if Murphy's O game will pick up. He was too good of a player in juniors.
  12. I guessing it all has to do with how the ligament heals (which is obvious I guess) and what his range of motion will be.
  13. Yeah Blais's connect was JP I believe, wasn't it?.
  14. ...and Nelson too. Those guys were super talented though as both were 1st round draft picks.
  15. That's why I'm in the minority . I hear that from the guys I skate with all the time (Twin City guys). Just a personal opinion of mine. I grew up in ND where you really had to leave a year early, in most cases, to continue developing. Again, I said most cases. I know those Minnesotans love their high school hockey though. I guess it may help with his confidence too as I'm guessing he will dominate for EGF this year.
  16. my dad is a doc and he noted the same thing. He was more leaning towards 2-4 months (minimum) depending on how bad the tendon was damaged. If it was cut pretty good he would be out for the season.
  17. So is it 4 weeks, noted on a different thread (which I thought was a tad on the short end), or is he done?
  18. That was always a blais connect. Who was the last hak shattuck pick up?
  19. I also read that. Not sure if that speeds up his development or not but hopefully he is ready come 2016. I am a real big fan of the ushl over mn high school, if you're ready obviously, as it is such a good league where u get high paced hockey and a bunch of games. I am in the minority however that league seems to get better every year.
  20. Great! I was waiting on this. I hope he plays a few years in the USHL to get accustomed to the pace. Looks as though he is currently struggling but a lot of players do. It's a great league.
