Very true, these conspiracy theories are laughable at best. The boys played bad...that's all. Did they end up in a more friendy bracket? It would appear so however who knows in the grand scheme of things. Parks, Caggs, all the other playmakers have been in a offensive slump for a while. Mac and Parks were even struggling against WMU. We need Parks to put the team on his back and go out with a bang. I think he'll be a solid third liner in the show if he can keep his consistency up. Still shocked we don't have a PPG guy on this team.

I could see that lineup. Not sure about st Clair but he's a true 3rd 4th liner that buzzes so it would make sense. Not to mention he's a junior and is decent on the pk. 27 that far down huh? It would balance things out I guess. I don't have a better combo that I could think of. I actually thought murph looked decent though. However I would probably play st Clair over him given what I previously mentioned.

I agree with you however I do believe this team has the skill. The system they play is a little chippy to me and they lose focus. This past weekend sure showed that. I felt that they gave a terrible effort against SCSu....besides the last 4-6 minutes. Against Denver....everything was wrong. We didn't have chance right from the drop of the puck. And to think, they were sitting guys. Pretty scary. They looked twice as good as we were. The Mac loss hurts is big time. Miami is about to have the same feeling.

I could tell we were gonna get rolled from the very first couple shifts. Zane had to make some huge saves in the first. Everything was point blank. Offensive forecheck was a joke, defensive transition was as bad as it's been all year. No idea what was up with the boys all weekend. They'll draw someone tough early next week.

I'm glad someone finally brings up a player other than schmaltz. Take our top 6 forwards and check out their stats the past 5, 10, and 15 games. I love the gaarder line but they're a great 3rd line not a line we should be relying on to win the game. This team has to win today, hope for a Mankato loss, pound an Atlantic team next week, and get lucky the rest of the way.

Cc tried to trap....Wisconsin too I believe. It wasn't the trapping. Boys just didn't show up. That can happen from time to time. The huskys didn't even play good.

It's a different game today than it was 20 some years ago. Eichel's numbers as a young freshman are incredible....he deserves all the press he's getting.
