Agreed. If you watch it again he actually doesn't elbow the guy but the follow through is terrible. Not sure what is running through his head. He takes these penalties every game. How come he has such a long leash?

I live in Minnesota too, I'm sure there is a lot of folks who don't like him in the city.

Guy is trying to balance the budget, maybe Wisconsin should get rid of all the phony majors that provide no chance of getting a decent job after college.

Interesting, he could be looking at that smensrud kid too. I've seen Nelson play and he doesn't seem to have a high motor but he sure seems to dominate a relatively bad conference....but he is a freshman with size so I get the interest. Give the kid an offer and try to talk him into playing in the ushl for the next few years.

I would like to see him or simo get some PT if they are ready to go.

Towards the end of the year I did. What did chyzk do in the ushl? That's what we are talking about, if yon isn't producing well for a junior team I somewhat think he would struggle here, especially as some think he's coming in next year. I'm not trying to knock this kid but I defintely think he needs to play one more year of juniors. Not trying to be a negative nelly.

Agreed, Wisconsin has to be out. The fact he added Duluth makes me think he doesn't really want to go the gopher route.
