  1. Link? I couldn't find source
  2. This also took me like 5 seconds to find on google. https://www.doctrine.af.mil/Portals/61/documents/AFDN_1-21/AFDN 1-21 ACE.pdf @Frozen4sioux
  3. No.
  4. This caught my eye: Grand Forks AFB has also been selected for a $246 million upgrade to its existing facilities to house and maintain fifth-generation fighter jets like the F-22 and F-35. While the 319th does not fly combat aircraft, the air base is set to house aircraft evacuated from other air bases during extreme weather events, particularly from hurricane-prone areas on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, so those units can continue to operate. ... When those facilities aren’t being used for evacuation, the air base will support long-range combat training exercises called Agile Combat Employment.
  5. If BJ wants to make serious money, he'd probably be better off transferring after a huge year next year, IMO. Highly doubt p5's are lining up to throw life changing money at him right now.

  7. I think hope congress will eventually act if needed. They don't do anything ahead of time - just look at the budget for example.
  8. I think the number of auto bids would be a huge factor as well. An additional conference or two would make a huge difference. Say, if Atlantic hockey splits and if independents somehow cobble together another conference - would only need a few more teams for something like that to happen.
  9. Yeah I have that but it buffers then cuts to an add every 15 min or so. Better now.
  10. Anyone streaming this and having issues?
  11. I wonder how many people will be driving right on by on their way back up from the Omaha hockey series...
  12. Missouri State to CUSA - seems to be possible that they may actually move this spring. https://sports.yahoo.com/report-says-missouri-state-remains-210609868.html Conference USA also had conversations with UMass about joining the conference, especially after announcing around Thanksgiving it would add Delaware in all sports. CUSA hopes to invite a 12th member this spring and Missouri State remains an option there with UMass now off the table. https://theathletic.com/5301023/2024/02/26/mid-american-conference-umass-expansion/?source=user-shared-article&access_token=6510219
  13. When the CBSSN was announced they said next year will be different. Scheduling will change in a way that allows the league to get a couple more men's tournament games on CBSSN, so men and women should each have semi finals and finals televised. 6 games on cbssn > 1 on espn2 imo.
  14. This rendering below was in an article from November 2023, and the article I found it in said it will have the same 2200 capacity as the link above. I think this picture may be outdated though, because I feel like I remember seeing it before. Curious how close this will be to the final plan. Could this rendering below be as low as 2200? Perhaps if the seating doesn't extend behind the net on the right side of the picture? Despite being on the smaller side, this would be pretty legit. https://www.dailygazette.com/news/local/mohawk-harbor-arena/article_e3ae7b48-843a-11ee-9b71-8bb57e5db8bd.html
  15. To a degree, but Mankato is a great program and it looks like Augi will be, as well. Bemidji isn't really all that bad either. League would be fine. Ideally, St. Thomas would already be in the SL for hockey before they have the chance to consider leaving for basketball. Make the decision to move to a conference like the MVC more difficult. Goal would be to keep them in the conference, because the SL doesn't have anyone desirable on deck to fill their place.
  16. Good to see them taking action, but given their vision, the price estimate is probably 10 million too low, minimum, and that's being optimistic. Watertown's arena was just built for 36 million.
  17. ASU is completely different than a hypothetical St. Thomas team in the Big East. I'd gladly strand them on an Island and invite Mankato, Bemidji, and Augie before taking a St. Thomas program that left the Summit League. They should know that they are never getting an invite if they leave the SL for the MVC, which would be a necessary step that would need to be taken prior to any consideration from the Big East.
  18. Not a chance. They have an extremely proud FB tradition. More like Butler.
  19. I think this is a new rendering for st. thomas's hockey locker room https://crawfordarch.com/projects/anderson-arena/
  20. Nobody thought the MAC had UMass lined up until the school presidents voted on it. Likewise, Fenton isn't going to broadcast anything that isn't official. Is anything lined up? We will find out.
  21. If Miami didn't even want ASU, in a single sport, I don't see how MAC schools would be interested in sending all their teams to Fargo. NDSU has nothing to offer them.
  22. I would've paid a couple hundred more, at least, to be that close to campus.... Especially if you would otherwise have to park outside, not having to drive to campus and then find parking during the winter would be a huge game changer.
  23. Would be pretty cool if UND could reserve or rent one or two for assistant coaches.
  24. @forksandspoons Thanks for the link. More pictures here. https://www.dakotacommercial.com/apartment-building/memorial-village-1/
