I think so, as long as they've established residency in the state. Not sure what that takes exactly. Golden Valley of western ND is in with a yes for UND!

I never denied there being a lot of racist people in North Dakota. Nice try though. Oh, and I assume since you always say what you mean, that when you say we "have not marginalized nothing" that you really do mean we have marginalized your fight.

I've suspected for some time that Watchmaker is Almostheavenin2011. It appears Watchmaker believes the name is racist and is very bitter that we don't believe the same. We have also marginalized her "fight against racism" by making the retiring of the Sioux name about sanctions rather than race.

Standing Rock isn't voting, only Sioux County is. I doubt the couple hundred votes that may come out of Sioux County will be enough to apply serious pressure to the Tribal Council. Also, in terms of sanctions on UND, the NCAA's opinion is the only one with the potential to change them (and they're not budging).

Fetch has posted pictures of sheep on this site multiple times. How is it libel to say he has an affinity for them? ScottM never said Fetch had sexual relations with sheep, but it appears that's how you read it. Maybe you should get your mind out of the gutter.
