Hmm, taking into account what everybody else has said.... there's my interpretation.

Perhaps that's where "player safety" comes into play and the "checked from behind" player should be required to sit for 10 minutes game time to ensure he (or she in the case of certain rodent players) is physically and mentally ok to play. The 10 minute sitdown would only apply to players who laid/thrashed around on the ice for an extended period of time/until the whistle blew.

Can someone interpret this?

Who's posting the propaganda here? I think it's you and NDSU. Most people do good things without expecting everybody to praise them for it. Apparently that's lost on you and many other NDSU folk.

They've already built a new UND Med School Center for Family Medicine building in Bismarck. In my opinion, Bismarck probably should become a 4-year university though. Don't allow BSU to add any more sports and fund it along the lines of Dickinson. Close Mayville, Valley City, and Williston and reduce Dickinson to a 2-yr tech college.

The picture and Hammer haven't bothered me too much, but Kober is terrible. He starts to make a point, forgets where he's going with it midway through the sentence, and then he just stops talking mid-sentence. This is followed by 2 seconds of silence, after which Hammer picks up the play-by-play again.
