Those who feared UND would ruin the mvfc have been proven correct, apparently. The conference used to be a meat grinder, but now it's the xdsu's and a bunch of teams that can't even beat UND.
UND's adoption of online learning has helped it weather the early stages of the storm. The recent focus on rebuilding the campus should help it weather the latter stages of the storm as on-campus students prioritize which university they'll go to.
Yes. UND took its lumps in 2017. There were a lot of people in GF at the time wondering why ndsu wasn't laying off staff and shutting down programs (music therapy, etc.) at the time.
It was ridiculous that the only review that overturned a play (out of what, 6?) did not require them to stop/hold up play for the review. I'd argue the constant stoppages held us back from getting too much momentum in the 1st quarter (although we made sure of that with the pick 6).
If so, it was dirty. Regardless, it was annoying. The ref also had to get someone from facilities to tell the band to stop playing earlier before each snap.
Turn off the mic in front of the band and turn down the speakers in general. They kept leaving the band mic on, piping in a couple kids screaming the whole time.
