JPar played awesome this weekend. It maybe classified as a coming out party for Jordon. Rookie Goaltender stopping 54/56 this weekend is really good and a 10-1-3 record is not too shabby for a frosh. Its nice to have two good goaltenders going down the stretch run. 7/8 points this weekend against Denver is pretty good in my book. Hard to sweep four games against any team in our league.

Blais shouldn't have any problem getting the team to be motivated this weekend then. I think UND can have two good games and get the big "W" and the sweep.

I think we have proved that hockey isn't a racist sport, and it embraces all sorts of racial lines and social back grounds. I think we are on the same wave lenght. I believe, because all of us keep throwing out examples of this. I am not taking any exception with your statement.

Your right I remember him, I believe he was also a defenseman that spoke well of the UND fighting Sioux name. This I know can be found in the special collections part of the UND Chester Fritz Library. I remember researching this for a paper that I wrote in favor of the UND name for one of my sociology classes. Of course the Professor of my class wasn't buying any of this...

Sounds like a case of wishfull thinking if you ask me. I am not so sure UND is going to move up to Division 1 unless the stature of Divsion II changes so drastically that its not advantagious for UND to remain @ the Divsion II level, ie they cut scholarships more than they already are.

I think actually Adam was running a school on officating. Hold the laughter, I remember it coming up last year and thought it was a real hoot.

I believe he is what the Canadians call an Inulet (sp) or I believe what we would classify as an Eskimo or Native. I guess we should include Ted Nolan (Native Canadian), former coach of the Buffalo Sabres too.

I believe that Mike Grier is also an American, he is the son of fomer NHLer Rosie Grier. So I believe that he would be classified as an African American.

Here is the comedy: UND took 3 of 4 games from UofM, UND is sitting in 1st place in the league. UofM is sitting in 5th place. UofM is probably going to split with the UofW Badgers this weekend meaning that UofM will have only taken 4 our of a total 16 points. Hum thats not very good... UND scored 4 goals on Friday and UofM scored 2 goals, out played eh? What the hell are you babbling about... If you don't outscore the opposition it doesn't matter how many shots you put on net... Go away troll...

I wonder if anyone has seen any preliminary rosters for the World Cup of Hockey, which is going to be in St Paul and I believe Toronto. I would have to say that Boucher must be high on the list for American goalies.

UND PK is awesome, holding UofM to 1/12 on the pp. That to me is impressive. UND PP is getting better. Defensively UND is doing great. I am ready for some hockey at home this weekend.

I was talking with my father on the phone last night and he told me I take this stuff way too serious, probably. After explaining my sentaments to the game this past Saturday night, my father said I should be happy with my favorite team taking three out of four games with the Gophers. I cheer/love UND because I have two degrees from UND and that I believe it is one of the best college hockey programs in the country. I will cheer only for UND, I can't flip flog, so you won't catch me pulling for any other teams from our league if the Sioux are out of the final game. Green and white to the core.
