Dougs teams were famous hitting after the wistle and the face rubs. Incidently Watching the Yotes playing this past week I noticed that Jeff after the Wistle Taffe still does the same stuff in the pros that he did in college. Jeff learned these tactics from Woog.

You know as partisan as I am when it comes to UND hockey I would rather listen to Doug and Frank too. Especially listening to Doug on PA and Dubay, I wish I would have been at KFAN the resteraunt. Woog sound like he was having a good time with the people on the show, I can't see our two clowns doing that at all.

I think your right, however, I think the law suit will not go through, just a hunch. I think the Government will let the states fight it out on the local level. Ron Scara had an article in the Sunday Red Star and Sickle on this issue. Both sides seem real entrentched. I just hope that Minnesota Residents can again hunt on the opening weekends in ducks and on plots land for pheasants again soon. It sucks that I can't take my brother with me opening weekend because he has a blue liscense plate on his truck. I think the people that brought the law suit have merits to their case because Ducks and geese are regulated by federal regulations and are not the property of the state of ND.

Here we go again with the excuses we lost when our players, so our loses were less significant, X players were out of the line up so we should be higher in the WCHA standing. If I am not mistaken you were pounded with a full line up in Denver. Explain that one. I also guess your win against UMD is tainted then since they were missing two of their top players.

I voted for Parise, Bucks and Lessard, I will not vote for a Gopher player especially after Panzer got robbed and Lucia voted for Ryan Miller.

I agree with that statement. That is exactly how I would say that. Right now if you listen to the Gopher fans chirping you would think that UofM was the hotest team in the country, that has an awesome defensive corps, great goaltending, and balanced scoring. And if you didn't look at their season record you would have thought that Minnesota had won the league and lost 4 games all season.

I think the bigger factor this weekend is the fact that DU is missing Conner James. I think that hurts the most.

After my NHL center ice runs out I may go get a dish. It does nothing for me right now but it would probably make me feel good about not having MIDCO any more. Its an idel threat that sounded good at the time. I am not so sure my wife would go for it because watches local television and I hard ever watch anything that is from this area.

God forbid WDAZZZZ would cut into whatever is being re-broadcast on channel 8 in this time spot. Infact I also called Midco and gave them a piece of my mind. I told them that there is going to be a lot of upset people in Grand Forks if they don't get the games on TV. I also I told the Woman on the phone about what Puffy said on KFAN. The ladies response was well we don't have a signed deal with them. I said its free. I also told her people would even pay if it was a pay per view. I told her that this was a crucial time for them. I wanted to jump through the phone and slap her. I say if they drop the ball people that have midco should go to best buy and buy a Dish.

Last time I checked: the game last weekend in Sait Paul was pretty close to MPLS. I believe I am right. And if I was not mistaken Saint Paul is right across the river from where the Dirty Gophers play their home games. Yep it is. And I must have been dreaming but Gopher fans dwarfed all the other teams fans in numbers last weekend. I was there and it was loud and there was way too much maroon and gold. There were almost way too many Gopher fans to refer to final five as a neutral site, in fact anyone making the argument that the X-Cel energy center is a neutral site is also on crack and needs to stop smoking the pipe. That being said UND lost the game because of goaltending and our defensemen assiting on goals to the Goofer forwards, not the Mean Goofer fans making all that noise.

Because Vanek is incapable of playing in the defensive zone. I mean really did you guys see him, he was giving it the college try when UND had the puck in his own zone but he is a suck hole.
