And which school in the State of North Dakota would benefit from that? That's right, good old FU! This will come to nothing anyway, as he didn't register Roughriders, which is what I think will win the vote anyway. Watching a program get rebuilt from the ground up is like watching sausage being made. It isn't always pretty to watch and it makes you cringe sometimes, but we need to focus on the big picture. Bubba is still cleaning up the mess he inherited and that will probably take all of this season and spring and fall practices in 2016. The defense has emerged as a force once again and will probably keep us in most of our games this season. The offense will take time as there are a lot of young players learning how to win on that side of the ball. Next Saturday might not be pretty and might make us cringe, but it will serve as a good measuring stick as to where we are and what we need to work on. I for one am looking forward to seeing the progress this team makes under Bubba's leadership. Remember, #daybyday.

Are you suggesting that the north end of Grand Forks is deserted? I call B.S. on that. People that can't afford the housing on the south end will snatch up the cheaper housing on the north end. It seems like every city has a working class section and a ruling class section.

I think supply is coming closer to meeting demand, but you still see buildings going up.

You really aren't paying $1,000/month for the living space; you are paying for all the bells and whistles they put into those buildings (swimming pools, well-maintained lawns and green space, etc). The good thing is that these new buildings are adding more capacity to the market and it is making older, but still well-managed and maintained apartments more affordable and available to people that can't and/or don't want to pay outrageous rents. Personally, I have put down a deposit for an apartment on the south end near Hugo's and Carmike that was built in 1993, is in good shape and is reasonably priced. I don't think that would have been possible even 5 years ago.

I am sure Faison did a lot of coordinating and communicating to help the process along.

I guess you could substitute Miller with Jeff Kolpack or Dom Izzo if you wish. My main problem with Miller is that he doesn't give the score enough during the game. It's almost like you have to wait until the end of the quarter or half or the game to find out who is ahead and who is behind.

I also was skeptical of this administration, but I am more than happy to admit I was wrong. Major props to both Kelley and Faison for getting this done. I imagine more than a few coaches helped push this across the finish line, if you know what I mean.

The Bison rubes are just upset that UND is matching what NDSU did about a week earlier. They were looking forward to UND not following up on this and thus being able to grind our non-hockey programs into dust, never to rise again. Faison's announcement on Wednesday put that idea on ice, never to rise again.

This is utter nonsense. You cannot trademark a name and then sue anyone that dares adopt it while using a different logo(s). Otherwise, you wouldn't have MSU-Mankato and Nebraska-Omaha both using the name Mavericks, with different logo designs. This threat has no legal standing or merit.
