Definitely interesting to see how well this team is playing after the debacle that was last season. I have to say that I wasn't high on Brewster after his first year but he's starting to make me believe with how he has the girls performing right now.

I want Sack City to actually mean something again. Please. Please get pressure while on defense. Do that and it will help out our mostly non-existent secondary.

The player defections could also help the recruiting cause whenever the new coach is installed and into next season as there is the opportunity for early playing time which can be a big lure for some high school kids.

What is missed in the Chappel vs. Miller argument is Chappel's vision was much, much better. More often than not his longer runs would be on a cut-back, either at the line or at the second level. Miller never had that vision and had to have the hole right in front of him. Chappel was the superior running back, too bad he lacked the mental strength of Miller.

At this point, none of us know what Faison is or isn't doing. He might have the perfect candidate, a coach that's going to be amazing and blow us all away, or he might be twiddling his thumbs with all the bureacracy and red tape there seems to be in place. It's really anyone's guess and none of us know one way or the other. It's just funny to see the doom and gloom people vs. the "in Faison we trust" folk.

Wyoming's offense wasn't a problem from what I saw of their games, they actually seemed pretty decent at times. Good choice by Bohl, imo.

We've seen flashes of smart, unselfish, team basketball and in those flashes our team has been able to beat or compete with just about anyone out there. Ball rotation, open shots, one extra pass... those are things you don't see much of from this team and it's disappointing because when you do see it, this offense is amazing. Hopefully they can get this figured out going forward, start acting like the senior team that they are, and have everything clicking by the Big Sky tourny and then the Big Dance

Give it time. Nothing is ever all that good when a place first opens. Workers are still learning how to do things, there is usually larger crowds so a rush on food goods, etc. Give it a month, try it again and reevaluate.

Makes you wonder if he would be willing to leave Concordia-St. Paul if he's been there that long and has been so successful. He might feel comfortable and not want to move his family.

I wonder if we'll ever hear the full story on this. I mean it can't just be the hit & run that made him resign can it? One vehicle damaged, no one injured doesn't really sound like a firing/resigning offense to me.

Tonight's game was fantastic until the refs decided dictate the outcome in the third. The two body check penalties called on UND were brutal. The refs had been swallowing their whistles on physical play through 2 1/2 periods and then feel the need to call those? Ruined the game imo.

I think Saturday's lower attendance was a combination of things such as the deer opener, the weather (high winds that had a pretty nasty bite to it), and the loss on Friday night. Had they won on Friday, I think more of those fans would have been willing to come back on Saturday.

UND takes first set 25-23. Team looks off. Definitely a different team without Robinson I think.

Winning games you're supposed to shouldn't secure a job. UND has beaten two of the cellar dwellers in the Big Sky by a combined 6 points. Not impressive.
