Don't get me wrong, I would rather see Schuler starting and I agree with you. I was just saying what I think Jones will actually do. We'll have to see which approach he takes.

Seeing how Jones has done things in the past, I see it more like this (starter with backup after the / ) 1 Webb / Antwi and Anderson 2 Anderson / Antwi and Webb 3 Huff / Schuler 4 Allard / Traylor (likely see this flipping later in the season) 5 Brekke / Wilmer I don't foresee Webb and Anderson both being off the floor much at the same time and if that were to happen, I think Schuler would move to the 2 instead of having Benton come in. At least that's how I'd see things for the time-being.

I haven't really jumped on the Fire Muss stuff but this is absolutely ridiculous and it is not the first time we've been burned by questionable play-calling in late game situations and 4 down territory. I really don't understand what they are thinking!

Bohl is a better gameday coach than Mussman, that's one reason. NDSU had to contend with fewer schools for recruits when they transitioned (UND is competing against two local already established FCS programs plus USD). Also don't forget a couple years back NDSU went 3-8 towards the end of their transition. UND will improve, it's all just a matter of time. Either from getting more talented recruits or by coaching changes, who knows what the catalyst might be.

This is a perfect storm of crap for UND right now. We can't buy a basket and UNI can't miss it seems. Of course they are getting wide open shots. I have no idea why our defense is leaving shooters open when they are shooting as hot as they are. Makes no sense.

UND looking terrible right now, especially on defense. Allowing a ton of penetration.
