While this is fantastic, I hope the athletic department is working for this same type of deal with football and hockey. Yes, football has Eversports (not impressed), but it would be nice to see most games on Fox College Sports or even Fox Sports North or Fox Sports North Plus (when available). Same with hockey having NCHC.tv, which works ok, but still isn't as reliable as the tv feed they had with Fox College Sports a few years ago. Bottom line is while webcasts are great, these tv deals are even better. I'll definitely be watching more Sioux/Nodak/Roughrider basketball this year.

I know its easy to talk when its not your money, but I have to think if I had hundreds of millions of dollars I would make a donation like that. Not just for a sweet new stadium, but also for a new business school. It would be pretty cool to make a big investment that could impact so many people.

Facilities are great, and I think a new on campus stadium would due huge things for the program. But winning is key. Keep winning, and get back the the annual contender we were in the D2 days and the fans will come.

Would be pretty cool to see a nice, "Ralph" caliber, football stadium on campus.

I hear ya, I never thought FH was going to be that popular either, but I actually really liked when the Vermont announcers used Nodaks. Oh well, it'll all be over soon enough, then we can just move on.

Any reason for switching?

I didn't realize when I was watching live, just how loud it was getting in there. If only we could actually fill the place.

Rather, than just showing you're vote, I think it would be interesting for everyone to list what you would vote for if your choice isn't in the top 2? Will most Roughriders voters move to Nodaks, and vice Versa? If so, I think Hawks gets overtaken. I voted for Nodaks again. If Nodaks can't move into the top two, then I will vote for Roughriders. #anythingbuthawks

Can't say I think this will be very accurate given how the last exit poll turned out, with Fighting Hawks in third. On the other hand, the last exit poll showed Nodaks and Roughriders to be very close which it was.

I agree there are plenty of mood swings that come and go within a week, but I don't think it is so much the win, as how we won. 2 of those last 3 losses were complete self destruction. This game had the making of another missed opportunity late in the game. UND could have easily caved in the 4th, but they finished it out. Hope they carry that momentum through the bye week.

Though the same thing. My only criticism there, is we pulled the redshirt on 3 freshman RBs. I think Iwarri Smith is too good of an athlete to not get him onto the field more. They need to make him usable at RB and WR. To be able to have him, Santiago and Oliveira on the field at the same time could really make things difficult for a defense. Hopefully they find a way to get him more involved after the bye.

I think there was so much hype about Boeser, Gersich and even Wilkie coming in that some of the others were a little overshadowed, but like you said they are all finishers. Janatuinen, Wolanin, even Gardner had a nice goal the other night. Overall, very impressive. Hopefully everyone plans on sticking around for a while.

Tough to see what has happened to this program over the past few year. Mike Eaves has just driven this into the ground, yet somehow still has a job. Never been a fan of the guy, and I hope we smoke them. Sweep, sweep, sweep

I though I read that we had quite a few recruits at the game yesterday. Definitely an entertaining game, and a great win to have for recruits. Too bad there weren't more fans there, but still. It'll be interesting to see how our next recruiting class shapes up. I really like that TE commit we have out of Nebraska, hopefully he sticks with UND since he is still making some FBS visits.
