    The one star forward is on the Force now. Kind of stinks for HS hockey but it makes sense for the player if they are going to play quality mins in the USHL.

    Central got shutout by Sheyenne? The days of high school hockey being relevant are numbered. Even Moorhead isn't quality enough for kids to stay. They lost their top stars also and are way down

    Portland started out 3 for 18. That is not 'defense', that is a really bad night. Especially when looking at NDSU's defensive "efforts" this year.

    Ahem. you can teach all you want but if the opponent is faster and stronger it will not go well consistently.

    Good points. Tackling was a big issue. Athleticism deficiencies can lead to missed tackles
