But, traffic is cool when it comes to downtown. Free flowing is bad, too suburbany. Parking lots = bad. Congestion is where it's at.

Ok but in what capacity? If UND doesn't fund them why would they need to fund a Women's team? If UND only provides a locker room and academic support, etc then they would only have to do that for an added Women's team, no?

Are they adding underrepresented groups to increase diversity with no cap in sight on total students admitted? Then yes, this is good. If they are discriminating against one group to admit another group I have a problem with that.
