  1. Wait, weren't Denver and CC in the WCHA and historically Hakstol did pretty well against them?
  2. Similar to how the MVFC has done in the playoffs lately outside of NDSU?

Any coach who would be worth looking at is currently busy and will be through the end of the season.
  4. Considering that they changed systems when Berry came in, I would guess that it came from Berry's input.

So now you're concerned about talking about the football team since I pointed out your contradicting posts? You obviously were concerned that the coaches aren't out at the bar enough since you are the one that brought it up.

Yoru post didn't say that someone else saw them, it was inferring that you saw them out. Regardless, you post about them being at the bar and make it sound like a bad thing and then a few weeks later post that they aren't ever at the bar and make that seem like a bad thing. Not that it really matters whether the coaching staff goes out and has a drink or two, but just wanted to make sure people knew how seriously to take your posts.

Not that your credibility was ever all that solid to begin with, but...
  8. Just curious, is it possible we have offered Wilkie and it just hasn't been reported? I'm guessing there are quite a few offers out there we don't know about. I don't think anyone knew about Ferguson until his verbal was reported.
  9. Excited to watch the game in HD today. Hopefully the O-Line can get things figured out and Butler is back and can step into Kuska's shoes.

Again, has he not interviewed for FBS jobs in the past?

Has he not interviewed for other FBS jobs before?
  12. I'd feel comfortable presuming the guy who is driving around in my stolen vehicle and offering me other items that he is saying aren't his but I can have them to leave him alone pretty guilty without going through the court system. More than happy to let him determine what his punishment is, but if I feel safe and have the chance, I'm not going to let him run away. That being said, beating a guy with a lead pipe may have taken it a little far but I'm not so certain the guy should be charged with a felony for it.
  13. Tickets on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. this morning.
  14. A lot of that had to do with being in the same conference which prevented first round match-ups. The NCCA will be more than happy to ship UND to St. Paul (where ticket prices happen to be the highest) for a first or second round match-up with UofM every chance they get. Having two fanbases that large with not far to travel is about the only chance they have at having a more than half full building at any of their regional sites.
  15. I see UND continuing to make the NCAA tournament, are you saying that the gophers won't be there?

You're right. Our programs would be light years ahead of where they are now playing at Memorial Stadium, the Hyslop and the old REA.

Does the fact that 82SiouxGuy presents his arguments in a level-headed, thought out way rather than with a knee-jerk, reactionary, scorch the earth way bother you? For example, all those that were complaining about how much money the REA does (or doesn't) give to UND. The suggestion was made by more than a few people that the information was available if you really wanted it. And lo and behold it was. All it took was a simple phone call to Jody Hodgson and the mystery was solved after how many pages of complaining that no one knew what the number was, just that it wasn't enough. Complaining on a message board doesn't solve anything other than maybe making you feel better. Actually taking some initiative to get real answers or voice concerns to people who actually make decisions isn't that hard. Because someone suggests that, makes them a pariah apparently. And the "Father Knows Best" line is pretty amusing coming from the guy who wrote a 5 page manifesto on all that is wrong with UND athletics while using the demolition of an old building that hasn't been used for a decade to make room for a state of the art athletics facility as one of the main problems.
  18. Presale for Champions Club members starts at 10 a.m.
  19. It would be nice if someday they finished off the ends and made it into a real bowl, but due to its use as a practice facility, I don't ever see that happening. Likely will end up using the Ralph if/when necessary. Larger movable bleachers is definitely a more realistic option. And video boards. Add some that fold up and down and they will stay out of the way when the building is being used for other things.
  20. They even sell a package to attend all 4! But yeah, those are the best 4 games. The OOC schedule isn't all that great with only 4 homes games and two of them against lower level opponents (NDSU and SDSU are the other two). Looking forward, UNO owes UND a return game from Bracketbusters last year and there is a connection with Denver, so wouldn't be surprised to see them on the schedule in the future. Though I know it is tough to do, it would be nice to see some non-Summit teams on the schedule a few more more home OOC games.
  21. Anderson, Webb and Huff named tri-captains for the year.
