I don't think UND will go back to the Fighting Sioux name. Remember if either tribe were to change their mind UND would have to retire the name again, and no one wants to go through this again. This contraversey got the best of everyone, it is a tiresome issue and most are accepting change has happened and in two years we will have a new name. I love the Sioux name and logo, there will never be a better name or logo than that one but I have accepted that the NCAA has won and UND lost.

It won't matter. To the NCAA UND needs the Standing Rock's blessing...good luck with that one.

GFAFB is closing at noon...EGF schools are closed all day, but GF schools stay open. What?!? There are rural kids that go to GF schools, from Manvel, the Base and outside the city but yet GF stays open. It puzzled me when they did that when I went to school up there and puzzles me today. Here in Fargo the storm isn't supposed to hit til after 4 so at least the kids will be home from school before the storm hits.

I thought UND had a good game with Montana until the collapse in the second half. This team has lots of problems. I don't know if its Jones or bad recruiting or what. UND needs to fix what they can quick to even have a shot at the 7th spot in the tournament or else we will battle ISU and UNC for last place. This team needs a surge and quick!

Truth hurts doesn't it. I don't see KVLY bringing it up or the Forum (remember this was just a letter not an actual story). But it was all over the news before the season began so it must have been big. So lets all wait to see what screw-ups they will do this offseason so we can do this all over again.
