All the same bowl games would still exist. Round one/two of the playoffs could be done as bowl games, just like today.

The existing coach was thankfully not renewed. Never accomplishing must of anything in her tenure. She can be thankful she was not term'ed 2-3 years ago. As for the interim coach . . . It's Lopez who played for our most successful coach/team ever. If you had any knowledge of history, you wouldn't question that move. If she is not able to take the ball and run, then open it up . . . I totally agree with the move. Clearly you don't understand the situation. I'm not surprised.

Do the teams also do testing outside of what the NCAA does for playoff competition? Seem like a lot of this stuff is uncovered at playoff time in general at the FCS level.

When was the failed test? Prior to the playoff game last year, is that correct?

Liberty has a waiver to go FBS. They do not have a Waiver to start a new FBS conference. If 8 FCS teams joined NMSU in the WAC and declared an FBS move, it would be a big IF on whether an FBS WAC would be allowed or not.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that IPFW is gone. Just a matter of 1 day or 1 years, but they gone.

Would UNC seriously consider a move to the Summit, or is that wishful thinking? They'd need a football invite too. If they came over, that would be great IMO. If they don't completely move, could their baseball be louered into the Summit?

Why do you continue to use Summit and FBS in the same sentence? If a move up would occur for football for NDSU, it would involve some new term, not FBS, and it would be something other than the Summit. You are lost in the Forrest.

If any of the DII schools in MN actually went DI (not just in the hockies) they would face massive athletic restructuring and budget issues. They would need to make major changes ala Omaha. Unds changes from 21 to 16 serve to reinforce this fact.

Why would the almighty B1G fear anyone, especially lowly FCS teams?
