DU up on UMD 3-2 after 2. UMN beats UW 4-0. Miami beats Omaha 3-1. SCSU slaughters WMU 8-2.

UND wins shootout 1-0. I can't remember if UND has ever won a shootout before....seems they always lose them.

Unfortunately two of our best players for any 3x3 action are in the stands.

SOG are 30-19 and losing 5-4. This one is on goalies... Losing this game probably loses the Penrose as well. SCSU has the easier schedule remaining and we can't be pissing away games against the last place team.

RPI and QU tie at 2 each. QU might be slipping a bit despite their #1 rank...4 of their last 5 games have gone to OT, with two of those tied opponents being Maine (5 wins this year) and Northeastern (3 wins this year).

Of course QU ties it with 9 sec left in the game. Going to OT.

Haha, I just looked at the boxscore for that game...sog were 49-47 OSU. Almost 100 sog between the teams. It must have been like watching an all-star game with just no physical contact at all by the dmen.

It certainly helps his numbers that it doesn't appear that any of the B10 teams can play defense. I've seen so many B10 boxscores with 10+ goals scored. 8-6? That's crazy.

WMU scores a goal with 20sec left to force OT with DU, and then scores again in 3x3 OT to get the extra point. Hopefully WMU will be able to steal some points next weekend too against SCSU.

Scoring is starting to spread around a bit, which is great to see. Omaha, on the other hand, will win or lose based upon how the Taco line does. I didn't notice any other line for them other than Taco/Guentz. Much better effort tonight for UND...defensively limited them much better than last night. Hopefully Cags is ok...
