    2014 Recruiting

now that is funny stuff - two Bison trolls fact checking. Who knows maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks. Baby steps, keep it up - you can do it!
  5. I could not figure out why no call - it was not a light hit on the punter. He got smoked. Plus, I thought the whistle should have been blown with no forward progress on the Kenny G. fumble. I just want to confirm that stopped forward progress is still called "correct" or did they change that rule? Plus, it appears that the defense is improved with moving Mackey to CB and starting 23 at safety. Plus, I liked to Molberg's play.. Minus, O-line just can not get a consistent push. Minus, Jer has done nothing in three years. Minus, Molberg needs to work on his accuracy and holding on to the ball.
  6. Quick question on the no call on the roughing the punter play.. did EWU get a piece of the punt. I could not tell..
  7. Agreed compared to all the other FCS schools both schools are doing very well. I do think the direct comparison between the two schools is very flawed due to how both school comply with Title IX and conference requirements. UND had to add sports to join the Big Sky. The Summit League is much more forgiving - that is why Denver is in the Summit League.
  8. end of the 3rd 21-10
  9. 21 - 10 - UND leading
  10. Yes, Hardin... love it
  11. 14-7 at the half.. go Sioux.
  12. I liked the push and running on the first drive - hope they keep going with it..
  13. D - with a three and out..
  14. Lets go Sioux
  15. looking forward to the game today.. it will be interesting to see if this team can take the next step.
  16. Great blog site for Big Sky basketball.. I would like see it available on the front page of SS. Any other sites that people follow for BigSky basketball. http://www.bigskybball.com/

    2014 Recruiting

Thanks, I understand your point and we are all frustrated right now. Just thought that we already had a thread for your comments. Guys like Hambone and others work hard on the recruiting information and I would like to keep it to just recruiting.

    2014 Recruiting

I think we have another thread for this topic.. lets stick to recruiting on this thread.
  19. UND is on fairly solid footing for football also.. auto bid conference, Big Sky, and IPF. I get the fans are restless because of the Montana blowout, But,I thought the article by the GFH was kind of funny... NDSU does not need UND - which is true. But, look at the schedule UND had without NDSU. Valpo, SDSU, Montana Montana St, EWU, Sac St and UNC. In the long run I like the position UND is in.. Montana, Montana St, Poly, and EWU rotating on a yearly basis with regional games against SDSU, USD and UNI for nonconference home games. I am fine with NDSU being replace by Montana St as our conference rival. It will take some time to build (wins by UND) but not a bad team to be paired with.. hey that what this thread is about UND vs Montana St...
  20. Can anyone from the Montana side give a nice run down of the injury situation - I know that the QB is hurt - not sure about the rest.
  21. Offense is going to be as productive as the QB because the running game is not clicking. The running game could change because, I believe that the oline has been ding'd up since the start of the season with Walker being out. Plus, I think the coaches were counting on Adams who was hurt during summer off-season training. Defense is still a work in progress - but not having MSU McGhee plus having a couple game tapes on the replacement should help. I think Molberg has a breakout game and defense holds the MSU running game to under 200 yards. UND wins 38 to 34 in a wild one.
  22. I look forward to Griz and Cat trolls - much better than the FU has "moved on" trolls that still haunt this place.

    Fire Muss

Bohl's 06 team went 10-1. On that team 12 starters were Babich recruit's including three future NFL players (Frick, Mays, Dahl) and Walker at QB. Lennon didn't leave the cupboard as full for Muss - best players in the last two classes for Lennon (Bellmore, Hawkins, Hendrickson, Landry and Schwenzfeier).

    Fire Muss

This teams strengths are on the offensive side of the ball and we have started two R-Fr at QB - I think they have the opportunity to greatly improve over the season. Now, if we could just get the O-line going.
