I concede the point - Denver's sports offering don't match any conferences. My point was that the Summit League let Denver pass on the requirement to add sports. Other conferences were requiring that Denver add sports to become a member. UND had to add tennis to join the Big Sky. I believe that all Big Sky school all offer the same conference lineup for sports (NOTE: Softball just started in the conference, so not all schools support softball at this time).

They had a 4/5 min lull where they were trying to force passes... man Weber St hit every open 3. Overall happy with the play from UND. They looked ready to play.. they want this win.

I don't think it was a 19-2 run... I think he was wrong more like 12-2 to run.. not that it is much better..

I assume they are seated together if so, I will take the tickets for Saturdays game. NOTE: I have requested two tickets in the another thread. I just need two tickets. So, the first one to reply that they are available. I will take. I will need to pay cash in GF. I am travelling up from the cities this weekend for the series and I am short two tickets.

No FBS football drives college sports. Nice to see that you have 6 schools locked together, just don't count on Denver or ORU too much. They will both move if given a viable option. As far as SL being better than BSC - I don't see it. They are very similar conferences. You can point to RPI rankings but the RPI can and has been manipulated by conferences to give it a false front. I believe the real test of a conference is it's record vs top 100 schools that is what they look at for seeds: Top 1-25 SL - 0-1 BSC 0-5 Top 25-50 SL - 0-9 BSC 1-6 (UNC beat Kanas St) Top 50-100 SL - 4-20 BSC 3-14 Total SL 4-30 and BSC 4-25 I see both conference being fairly equal - one bid conferences with little chance of winning a game in the first round of 64. http://www.cbssports...-sky-conference http://www.cbssports...M/summit-league

Denver is biding it's time at best.. the Summit/Denver match-up for sports is limited (Denver participates in 6 of the 11 SL sports) and Denver joined because they weren't required to add sports like other conferences would have required and the WAC fell apart. It is a convenient arrangement for both parties involved. Hell, Denver's most successful sports aren't in the SL (Hockey, Gymnastics, Lacrosse, and skiing). Summit still has to be nervous with Fort Worth and Indy looking for other options. ORU came back because the Southland fell apart. So, the two schools you are so proud of joining the SL really just "settled".

Wow you guys have got to watch the last 2 minutes of this game... it is nuts.. Sac St. I think just won it with a 3/4 court bomb with .6 left in the game... crazy game..

wow - the refs are losing control in this game... in OT and they call a tech on Sac with 15 seconds left now they just called a tech on Weber with 6 seconds left... plus this radio guy is a complete homer for Sac St. I think Sac St is going to pull this out.
