I live in MN and I have been sending FOIA information to the State for the last 3 years about a home in my neighborhood. It is a literaly scam that they are running in the Metro. I am sure that it is happening all over the cities. Again, no problem if people are starting companies to help people. But, that is not what is going on - they are simply making trying to make money.
