NESN has a slightly higher population in their home region than FSN North, therefore a bit more money to throw around. I'm no expert on this, but I'm just assuming a station would have to pay more if they want to broadcast to a larger audience.

ESPN3 doesn't exist on cable. It's online only, and only available if your cable provider (internet service provider, actually) supports it.

Of course they know about the lack of logo and nickname, but this is an ESPN production. ESPN doesn't have to follow the NCAA rules. The NCAA can threaten to not "allow" ESPN to broadcast the championships, but I don't see that happening since the NCAA probably begs ESPN to take them, and ESPN probably takes a loss on these games.

I'm really torn on who to go for in the DU/FSU game. On one hand, I really don't like Denver. On the other hand, I just remember the FSU guys being real jerks when we played them back in 2002.

I do like them. Especially the laces. If these go up for sale I'll definitely get one. They're going to have to be ready for a huge demand when they go for sale.

The Sioux game isn't on FSN+, it's on regular FSN. The Gopher game is on FSN+, though.

Nobody said anything about a black jersey. The suggestion was to wear a "blank" jersey.

It's all ESPN Syndication, which means other networks can pay to air the ESPN production. At least that's how it's been in the past.
