What are the league rules that don’t allow them to show certain camera angles?

He argued every single thing there was to argue during both games, including some things that weren't arguable. Yet he doesn't demand a discussion after supposedly getting ejected? None of the coaches questioned it and gave the refs a chance to say "we didn't eject him"?

How can somebody be in charge of this production and not see how awful these cameras look? That view from above the net made it look like only half the arena’s lights were on.
