Looks like yakley needs to wake up and see that he very well could be the issue. Haven't even read the update from the ex employee who says its a bad place to work but when you only keep 1 employee of 280 hires over a year and blame it on the "entitlement generation" instead of looking at other factors, maybe your attitude as the CEO is the problem. Sounds like this dufus has a sense of entitlement to find good employees he can treat as slaves. He sounds like a failure to me. Wonder what this loser is paid?

dont know if this was mentioned already but I didn't notice much recognition for Und by the espn guys. Lots of love for bu but very little for und. A bu parent was interviewed during a stoppage in play. Didn't see any und parents get any air time. Does und not employ a sports director to promote the school? There had to be a few Und alumni or former players in attendance that could have been lined up with a quick TV blurb for the school. Tim h couldn't even get down for the press conference. Don't get me wrong I appreciate any coverage we get back in nd but if they can't do the job right why invest into sending local media in the first place? Herald had staff, clear channel, wdaz, kvly......maybe I'm just jealous because they all get the fun jobs!

Wdaz news sent a reporter to the frozen 4. During his 6pm newscast he got video-bombed by what appeared to be a drunk Sioux fan. At least it wasn't a "fhritp" bomb. But I thought there was a good chance this was our very own gfhockey!

I remember as a kid my parents took me and my brothers to the hhslop for the nets-twolves exhibition. After the game maybe 30-40 kids lined up outside by the exit and team buses for autographs. All I wanted was Christian's autograph lol. Well I got almost everyone's except for his. He was too good, ignored all the kids, and walked straight to the bus. After that I always thought of him as a jerk;)

It would be on of my lab's honor to be the official mascot of und athletics! I know it's not going to happen but I've mentioned before how neat it could be to have a real life dog mascot like Georgia has Uga. The women's teams could be the lady labs!

Sounds like most people's careers. Only as a professional athlete they have an opportunity to make a lot of money and a small window to do so. And doing all this by playing it the game that they love.

He also basically says if they had a better season they would'nt have been at a site tilted so much against them. I find it funny how spoiled these teams out east are when it comes to where they are placed in the regionals. So favored that all you have to do is look at quinnipiac's travel situation this year as a rarity. Look where providence got placed as a 4 seed this year - in providence for attendance reasons and they were a #4 seed.

That and the fact most new vehicles mpg's drop about 30% when driving 80 instead of 55. I'm surprised the federal government is allowing speed limits into the 80's rather than pushing to have them lowered.
