  1. Quite a few fans have suggested that Karl would be a good choice to replace Berry. I wonder if our recent woes in recruiting and developing goalies will influence those opinions. He's much more than just a goalie coach now, but he has surely had an important role in choosing and developing netminders.
  2. We do. In the time it takes to give up 2 goals.
  3. No, we fans do the quitting around here.
  4. Red Pepper and UND hockey: a complete grindah education.
  5. Make sure your son doesn't get a stiff neck looking up at all those grain elevators. Should be a wonderful experience.
  6. True, but not my point. if I was right, that would actually add to Sic's credibility, IMO.
  7. Haven't you often said it's an upper classman's game, Sic?
  8. One-timers somewhere.
  9. Hats off to Lindenwood. I hope we schedule them in the future.
  10. I sometimes miss that weirdo
  11. Shots of Berry show a coach that is stressed. Not like him.
  12. Boys completely lack confidence right now, especially in the passing game and in net.
  13. This team will have to win the conf. tourney, looks like. And there's nothing to suggest they can do that.
  14. And expressing appreciation is something we don't do often enough, Sic. Thx
  15. His in-game adjustment sure worked, though. They dominated after that awful start. Without a stopper in net, you just can't make any mistakes.
  16. Who do kids of that age (and in that place) have as hockey heroes?
  17. Love it when you talk dirty.
  18. Back in the days of Our Fathers, I think John Mariucci and Fido had a relationship that benefitted both programs. It may have been purely transactional, though, since I really don't know about their personal relationship.
  19. Beam him aboard, Scotty.
  20. As far as conferences go, the (rightfully) hated B1G is probably the strongest, though it is sure nice to see Mich take its lumps.
  21. I certainly don't question your knowledge, Oxbow, but which other factors have a lot more of a role in their bad plus/minus ratings
  22. Problem with a "favorable" schedule is that it is harder to move up in the pairwise. Win and go nowhere; lose and fall.
  23. For example, if it's true that Blake is at a -7 . . . . He's been great this year and is exciting to watch, but the team is badly in need of better D.
  24. Here I was thinking a split on the road at SCSU this weekend would be a good result.
  25. I thought that might be the case. Good guy. I knew him during his time in law school. Regarding other possible LLC members, Minnesota's version of the Dept of Financial Institutions should have that information, probably accessible through its website.
