  1. They can be like the short hop after the ball bounces high off the plate for infielders.
  2. Really like Schmaltz' game.
  3. Gaber has been very good, but I'm almost glad he's showing he needs to develop some parts of his game, so he stays for four.
  4. Some Cornell teams from the late 60s might argue that, including one undefeated.
  5. The Eagle has landed.

    Miami @ UND

For a lot of people here, that trust is not very resilient.
  7. They lost all those games for a reason.
  8. That's easy: Wilbur
  9. If they play tomorrow, I see a somewhat surprising 18-1 UND win. A hat trick of hat tricks. Might have been a shutout, but they fail to play a full 60 once again.
  10. Oh, I'm sure, SIS. I was having fun with gf. And I don't doubt they will right the ship.
  11. May be too late. Sandy has f*cked it up so badly nobody wants to coach there.
  12. Patting you on the head and saying "isn't he cute" means something completely different, MM.
  13. I thought the same last night. It was bad.
  14. Who do you think will emerge as the locker room leader(s) on this team? Gaber is putting pucks in the net now, he hustles, and he appears willing to take on the burden of offensive leadership. Still, for some reason, I don't feel like he will be the catalyst on the O side of things. But I don't know any of these players and have no connections to the program and therefore have ZERO feel for that kind of thing. I know they have elected their captains, but as each season progresses, players tend to develop into those roles.
  15. Are those apps based on use history? For some reason, mine always inserts "dominatrix."
  16. Sandy made a deal with the Devil, and now it's being called in. It's gf I worry about. Sandy and his team at least got to win something.
  17. Gf is drunk in a gutter somewhere mumbling, “Fire Daddy.”
  18. He's an intelligence analyst. Way different from an intelligent analyst, apparently.
  19. Their Their perception of Deano Factor?
  20. Same formula as always: Play Sioux hockey, play a full 60 minutes, stay out of the box, write your mother, wash your hands before eating . . . .
  21. My daughter attended a summer camp at Engelstad years ago, He didn't have an official role but was always around the rink, of course, and she said he was a respectful but very approachable, friendly man.
  22. Agreed. I mean, has he ever won coach of the year in a conference or league that was even mediocre?
  23. Yeah, I wasn't speaking directly to you. To all of us, really. btw--what's football?
  24. A lot of ledgers, as usual. It's a game, one we all enjoy as spectators. And there are a lot of them yet to be played.
  25. Hardly fair to midwestern old people.
