2025-26 University of North Dakota Hockey Season
burd replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
I'm ordinarily not into the recruit speculation game, usually because I just don't have the knowledge, but is there a meaningful chance that Herter ends up at UND next year? -
Gotta disagree on that one.

If there's a pattern, it appears to fall short of heightism. -
Many portal players on that roster?
-
And yet, it is not at all surprising. This should be a great championship game.

Western had a shytload of grade A chances in the second but didn't put them away.

Why in heaven's name would I spend any time whatsoever reading his past posts?

Off the ice? Bell bottom hip-huggers with wide belts and paisley shirts. Platform shoes. All about going after NIL money from boomers. He'd go for Sly if he had bigger stones. -
Does gf come free with Sandy? That’s gotta count for something.
-
Does he forward those messages to you, or do they copy you in?

Daughter attended Columbia, which doesn’t award merit scholarships. They made a lot of money available to her by way of other grants. Schools will find a way if they want you.
-
You know I can't divulge that.
-
The only people who know that answer are Berry, Zellers, and 5,000 Sources.
-
No regrets with spicer, and I doubt Sandy has
-
Odder yet: those guys are sharing a shirt.
-
Well thought, as usual, Hovey.

The best coaches can be awful public speakers. His eloquence will be determined by his ability to recruit, teach, and lead young hockey players.

He's not very good at it, but I'm completely OK with that. We're not looking for a politician here. If he's good one-on-one with players, recruits and coaches and good with the team in pressured game situations, I'm happy. He has a civic responsibility as well, where public speaking is required, but if he's honest, it'll work out.

Hopefully. A guy I know close to the program says the AD and Jax are working on a plan to do just that.

Kerouac is great, Blackheart. Not Ginsberg but definitely a beat
-
gf the poet: I see him as more of a drug/alcohol induced haze guy than Shakespeare--like maybe one of the beat poets. gf as Ginsberg?

Speaking of body change: Watching one of Blackheart's memory lane oldies with St. Cloud in their better days. Tyler Arnason. Great talent, but what a tub he grew into! Did he have any kind of pro career? And was there something medical going on there, or did he just like his pizza and beer? -
Thanks, Karl. Best on-ice goalie celebration dance ever.

The Emperor's New Clothes approach?
