I agree with the commentators that Scheiffle not making a play on the puck will make it pretty tough not to suspend him.
-
I missed most of the game, so yeah, if they feel he had an axe to grind it clouds the benefit of the doubt angle a bit.
-
It might depend on how they view the finish. He was racing back to try prevent a goal, so if they think he couldn’t avoid contact he might get a little benefit of the doubt because he has a solid reputation. The finish is what might get him in big trouble. I only saw it a couple times, so I didn’t get a great feel if he should get some slack or not. I think to be safe, the league will probably error on the side of about 5 games because I don’t see Evans playing again in this series, unless most of the paramedics attention was precautionary.

So are we offering as a safety or wide receiver?

I meant earlier in the draft than his current ranking, not early from UND should they end up drafting him. Don’t even know draft position and comparisons to other teams recruits is a huge concern for some. -

The draft hasn't happened yet. Wait to see what happens. Ottawa might come in and take Johnson early! -

That's how I see it. -
I know, I turned the channel for a minute and came back to the news. Not cool when you are watching and you don’t get to see how the round ends.

It worked out before for CC taking a player who didn't produce up to expectations at another school. Since Weight was only a freshman and didn't get top line time, he probably could be a step ahead of Chris Wilkie in that regard.

Boston University guy dumps another BU guy.

Give it up already. How many quarterbacks from UND played in the NFL.

We all hear about “issues” with Morrow, but what are the issues? After the Mitchell Miller fiasco, I would hope the coaches would be proactive if the issues were a major concern. How are these issues common knowledge to many, yet didn’t prevent us from recruiting him with all the talk of culture? Did these issues suddenly arise? -

If all the voters looked at total game, he certainly has a good chance. Don't know that his numbers will scream out like Cale Makar's, but the whole package is undeniable. I do think the coaches will let him go more within the context of the game, much like they did when they trailed Omaha last year. -

...and with all that talent, he was the dominant force in the biggest game of the year as an 18 year old. I think we just saw a glimpse of how dominant he can be and we will need him to be a key cog next year if we want to contend. He is a high first round pick for a reason, and I’m sure coaches have already set expectations for him, and I’m sure he has high aspirations for himself, knowing it will most likely be his last go around in college. -

That is why I have so much respect for Sanderson, if anyone should complain about PP time it would be him. He just learned the ropes the whole year and really earned his increased time by the end of the year. Really excited to see him take over next year. -

How about you tell Stoney Sioux and he can then let everyone know in English! -
I think of a Central guy in Mark Callahan.

UND @ James Madison Sunday May 2nd 5:00 PM Central Quarterfinals

Great start in our new conference, but it is quite evident to play with the big boys we need to have the players and mentality to impose our will physically on the other team. Starts up front, so let’s get bigger and tougher and then we will be championship caliber. -
I thought you offered milk and cookies, and then the NCAA would put us on probation for 10 years.
-
Being honest, I don't think a lot of UND fans knew what to expect. Being a fan, you like to think you can be competitive, but what that looks like in a new conference, you never really know until you see it on the field. I would think that UND exceeded the expectations of most UND fans, which will probably make living up to the new expectations in the fall season exceedingly difficult.

Constantini isn't lighting it up, but you aren't going to have every kid the stud of their team. He is putting up more PPG than two Duluth commits and probably about 80 percent of the rest of the commitments on the team as well. It isn't always what they can do in Juniors, as I think our coaches develop players pretty well. I sure wish we had another year out of Jackson Keane, who didn't rip up either the BCHL or USHL.

Agree, when nitpicking Touchdown passes not being in stride, it could be a lot worse. How many touchdowns in the NFL are completely in stride? If Tommy threw it long the response would have been, "All you had to do is throw it up and make sure he had a chance at catching it".
-
Not many teams have done it over the years, and we sure didn’t do it even though we knew exactly what they were going to do. Let’s see if we can impose our will on JMU in the same way, as I am sure they will be focusing on Weah.
