I asked about Steve Olson early this morning..........no replies. Either nobody knows who the hell he is.....or they think he's not important enough to respond about.

O'Keefe, in my opinion, is the best. I did like Lotyz, and I do like Steve Olson. Can anyone give me any backround on Steve Olson? I've been wondering about him all year.

As I've stated here before, Tyler Lapic of New Prague would love to play for the Sioux, according to people connected to the family.

If you check out the stats of Jay Ness, he played for the Sioux, but he didn't play much.

So, harsh or not, what does this entail? Can't be on the bench? Can't be in the building? I assume he can still run practice for the next 2 weeks. It will also be interesting to see how the team reacts to this. Will Eades be in charge during the Pioneer games? Has any other major college hockey ever been suspended like this? Wow.

When the Sioux played Minn. in Grand Forks, were they receiving balanced scoring at that time? I don't recall.

AM 790 out of Fargo has a very strong signal, so I would think that you would get that. I know that a few years ago during Z. Parise's second year we listened to a game from Fessenden to Mayville, but I don't recall what station we were tuned in to.

E-mailed P. Sweeney about noon concerning the Duluth games, but so far no reply.

I remember him saying that, also. I also remember someone saying on this board that there was some sort of change in the local TV station that usually does Bulldog games that might affect the plans. I guess the easiest thing to do is e-mail Sweeney and find out. I'll do that and report back.

Don't know if this was already earlier in this thread, but there was a short article in SI about Kane and Toews, I believe the last issue. One of the things that was in the article, a quote by a rival GM, was that Kane will win you a scoring title, but Toews will win you a Stanley Cup.
