TV coverage is 4-5 full stations, but it is common to flip channels and get 4/4 or 3/4 showing ad after ad after ad.... One needs to really channel surf 4 stations to try to get any actual action, and this is before finals! We need a "Netflix" channel for sports....

I was called by ticket office yesterday about seat change possibility, and I asked. All I got was "soon"..

USA just beat Germany for the bronze. Late goal by Germany took away the GWG for Wolanin (scored first one). USA Record I think was 8-2. Losses to Finland early, and Canada 4-2 in medal round after beating them 5-1 in round play. Finland and Canada play for Gold now.

Winnipeg sure is making Montreal look good tonight. Getting outplayed every shift even every play it seems.

Missed a late shot on open net, and the team kept trying to set him up after that, but it was just not meant to happen.... 3 point night, but no hattie. Still they won and move on to Boston next.

Tried a Red Pepper grinder again for the first in a long time. Only a half grinder- and with double meat and double cheese. The extra filling made the heavy bread way more tolerable. But I guess I now prefer the taco shop grinder in Fargo, since they have reduced the bread size so ingredients are very tasty.

UJ just announced the hire of Jim Zalesky as its new wrestling coach. WOW. Previously coached out at Oregon State, and Iowa State before that. In National wrestling hall of fame. NCAA champ 3 years in a row himself. Pretty good get it seems.

There are 3 Men's divisions and 2 Women's divisions in Club hockey. In ND there are D1 Mens in Minot and UJ. UJ and Mary and Bottineau have D2 teams. Its all about recruiting students to campus. Many students want to play, but can't at NCAA D1 or D3. Check it out here: ACHA Website (achahockey.org)

Upgrade? To Bucci/Melrose? The only upgrade is to get rid of Pierre McGuire......... Yet to see just how many games they broadcast live, not just NY vs. Pittsburgh or Boston vs Philly over and over. TNT holds better hope in my book.

Pinto- a rookie- doing D zone face offs on PK. And winning them... There must be some kind of confidence in his game too.....

Boeser had another sweet goal last night. Pinto had his 4th game, played penalty kill, had lots of shifts, still doing well on faceoffs..
