Hate to admit this: but for the first time in 20+ years I’m watching basketball not this hockey. At least lower seeded teams have a chance in hell to win.

How can ncaa continue its current pairwise calculations with so many blowout games we are seeing? Quite a few of these “winning teams” do not deserve to be there. Just terrible.

BTW good showing (dammit) of goofer fans. About 25-30 Griffs fans too.

When goofs went up 3-2 we left the arena. What a good choice after watching the blowout that followed from home. It was obvious the goofs had it. Could not stand to hear that m-i-n- (you know) cheer again.

Two Denver guys slashed two CC guys sticks- and 2nd (finally) got called. How’s it feel Denver??

I don’t remember ever looking forward to the season getting the hell over so I’m not so frustrated each week…. Won’t be long now.

The only issue I noted was that Denver actually had penalties called on them. What a surprise that was. Actual PP time. Even a 5!! (Of course, with no game misconduct added- wouldn't want to disrupt carrot tops lines too long now).

Who cares if DUh sees our PP video. There’s no way we will get many-if any-power play opportunities down there anyway….

Watching from home- it’s second half and midco intermission talk still doesn’t mute arena noise from broadcast team comments. Can’t hear them- which is OK, don’t listen anyway- but still bush league. At least tone it down if not mute it guys!

Agree about deridder. His lack of consistency is odd given his experience. If (big if) he can be consistent then OK. Otherwise get experience into the new guy for next year?

Man I’m getting to dislike Canada intensely. Get a PPG on a play when Canuck guy holds the stick and Czech guy gets called. But I need to keep counting player numbers cause it looks like they have 6 guys out there they move around so fast and in right position too. Canada 1-0 after 1
