I like the automatic seven points, unless you go for two and then its 8 or 6 points idea. Extra points are lame. Though I was at a Vikings game where their kicker missed two of them and cost the Vikes the game.

CC has been much improved over the past month of hockey. Still at the bottom of the league, but always a threat. I see them splitting with SCSU as well. I hope that UND and SCSU win Friday night to make it that much more interesting on Saturday night. I remember when I was a student way back when running from the student section to the TV's outside to see what was happening between Duluth and Wisconsin in the final week of WCHA play. UND was handling Tech, and needed just one win and Wisconsin to get a point to assure themselves of the McNaughton cup. Needless to say playing Tech the final weekend was instrumental in getting the cup. Played them the next weekend at home too in the playoffs.

Mankato won their Stanley Cup on Saturday night. Unfortunately they were required to play a third game in the series. Although the shots weren't nearly as bad as Saturday.

Well at least there are a lot of seniors from North Dakota on NDSU's basketball team, so it made perfect sense to keep it on air.

Excellent spot heading into two consecutive weekends at home. Face a hungry and desperate Western team this weekend.

I'm giving Mankato zero chance to beat Wisconsin today. They gave up fifty something shots and their goaltender played the game of her life to give Kato the win. UND's path if they keep winning: ~Wisconsin ~Minnesota ~Minnesota

Ladies win in OT. Head to the final five or whatever they call it with the women. Wisconsin lost to Mankato. Game three for that series tomorrow.

Yeah right. You watch every game. And you know it. Stubborn and ardent clinging to one's opinion is the best proof of stupidity.

Some thoughts: ~Zane was very good. First loss since November. Boy did he make some tremendous saves in tight. ~Not going to throw team green under the bus. SCSU played pretty well. Had a couple posts, but just didn't generate much in the quality category, a lot of that because of what SCSU did. ~Some penalties way too far away from our goaltender. Neutral zone and offensive zone can't happen. I know they're hustle plays, but have to be better with the sticks. ~Two games left in the regular season. At this time of the year its playoff hockey. Very important to establish the high level of intensity here on out. Upset they didn't get the sweep, but have put themselves in a good position heading into the final weekend.
