Tonight: UNI South Dakota State 7:00 PM I find this interesting in that other teams give away tickets also. Great advertising for the program, fans outside of Brookings are talking about it.

I've brought up a very similar idea earlier this fall. I've been posting for only two years but have been reading this message board for many years. Just my observation, there is much more posting going on now, than way back when, about Sports and Academics; and a lot less about UND's logo/name. Ironic, I just brought back a old topic in track and field dated "2013" about a couple of recruits I know that are coming to UND, just before I read this. There is no genereal Category to go to, to start threads that pertain to atheletics in general, like you mentioned "Other Sport" would mean other sports and not things that would be a discussion about all sports. Or things that pertain to the UND Athelectic Department that are not sport specific.

Agree, big challenge for the coaches. How do they draw that line in the sand?

Everyone knows Bubba is responsible for his locker room, but wait, he does have a boss, and the flagship U does have a president........ I'll ask then, -- did you and Bubba know that the FB team was going to have 3 drug related arrests this year before those players were busted. ------ Far from anything I've heard at the time, I was surprised. Do you think the police arrests purified our team? Maybe not, players that weren't injured didn't dress for some games. Why? Why? Why? There could still be a number of challenges with some of the players, some of which are questionable or even unrecognized as such yet. Are players dropping character hints, regarding other players, to the coaches? This gets to be very complicated. MamaSue brings up very serious concerns and difficulty in the process. Division between some of the players sets in.
