Yes, - - - this is our weakest facet of the team. And, it's on the coaches. Using your observation. We do have successful plays. Opposing team scouts them. Our coaches should go to the next phase of the playbook. using that play as a decoy. Teams do this very well against us. Us, not so much - we need to step up here. This is part of the difference between us and our opponents going into the second half. They make adjustments and we rarely do - we come up short. This goes back a few years. The talent seems to be here, we play with teams for most parts of the game.

At this point in the season, on top of losing to Idaho in a really ugly game, these injuries add another level of concern.

I mentioned this before, Phoenix should of been the location for MN HoF game. Both U's have a ton of alumni there, fill a bigger arena.

Where else will we get this much fan support, unless we play in visiting teams home town? So if 5,000 fans are from each team, one teams 5,000 and we bring 10 to 12,000, what an atmosphere. That would be with over 15,000 fans? There would be some good interaction of the crowd. LV had none of this.

Last year 9,313 fans attended. The United Center should work with either team.

Sunday January 20th at the United Center in Chicago is a home game for the Badgers. It will be interesting to see the attendance #'s. Notre Dame in Chicago with us is another option. To play in these pro size rinks, we need visiting team fan help. I like playing these teams that were in the WCHA at one time, a lot of fond old memories there. Playing teams that are in the NCHC wouldn't have that rarity feeling to it. Again, this was just my observation, it seemed like the crowd in LV was extensively 35 to 75. Need to target that age group.

Thanks for the bump, in the 70's a lady that worked at The Pepper gave me the white sauce recipe. Just looked and couldn't find it. I used the cheapest off brand dressing from Hugo's along with their buns, thinking the point here is to get a bland dressing. Recipe very close to one above with whole milk and never used white pepper, but quite a bit of black. Some years later, used dough from in a bread machine recipe and after batch was mixed, shut off the machine and took out the dough. Rolled out rolls on cooky sheet pan, let rise, baked till brown. Been 20 years since last tried, going to make some grinders today.
