Front page Herald article, say, a month or so ago. Literally stated something like this: "SBHE meets and Doesn't Discuss Nickname Issue."
WOW. Talk about an agenda.
The "WCHA" I remember was:
UND
Denver
CC
Minnesota
Michigan
Michigan State
Michigan Tech
Looks like UND, Denver, and CC are just trying to "restart" the WCHA. (Just need Tech: which might still be added later).
You realize the Versus TV deal is not fans wishing on a message board, its administrators at these super league teams saying they have had talks with the TV network. That is a fact. Sorry if you don't want them talking with Versus.
Your opinion of it is it might not happen which may come out to be true. But to wish for it not to happen is selfish on your gopher loving part.
Is this "no" because he was never invited?
SCSU fans seem to think they are going to die a slow death. The exact opposite of what Potter thinks. He thinks attendance would be stronger his new WCHA/CCHA conference?
The league as it sits now has six members. It needs 8.
Western Michigan is out apparently. If Notre Dame joins they get to bring with them whomever they would like.
But if Notre Dame decides to go to Hockey East, look for SCSU and Mankato to get an invite.
Oh I saw it, but UND joining/making a new conference is historic (since it has been a charter member of the WCHA) and doesn't really have anything to do with the BTHC (at least not directly).
Looks like stars done it again. Ahead of the curve. Looking beyond the surface.
Looks like Kelley is lying again. He needs to go. Its truly shameful for the University to have such a president.
And what a great day it is! We passed the law that now gets us to a "spectrum of Hope" meeting with the NCAA. That would have never happened without the bill. Even if nothing happens from the meeting at least we fought til the end like a Fighting Sioux would do!
I would like to thank the citizens of Grand Forks for subsidizing my entertainment. I had a great time at the Tim Mcgraw concert.
**Thanks for subsidizing my access to SiouxSports from the library too.
