Bisons admitted for us the real reason is it is because NDSU is still butthurt after a decade. Might not ever get over it til a UND president apologizes in the NDSU student newspaper for hurting their feelings.

As long as most of us can remember UND has had the consistence through the last few logos of: "Side view of the head." No reason to stop the tradition now.

Supported by the fact a decade later Bison fans bring it up on a UND sports forum before it's fifth straight national FCS title.

NDSU doesn't want to play UND in Grand Forks because they are afraid of what would happen if UND won. Or They still have sour grapes. One or the other.

If the Bison win Five. I have to wonder if to the outside world (non FCS fans) it makes FCS Football even more "second rate" and appears their isn't much competition. Not saying its true but when Mount Union seems to win the D3 championship every year that's what I think.

And basically another home game in Texas, because very few people care about FCS football....looking at you Sam Houston State (short drive to Frisco, yet bring only a few fans). The Bison have never lost a home playoff game in the Fargodome. Which is a credit to NDSU winning a lot of football games (at home and on the road).
