Everyone get your bets in. "All ss'ers please head to the south beer stand now to pay up/collect winnings." Actually doesn't sound like a bad idea.

If a company is going to layoff an employee or two to cut costs, they don't ask a few of them to make a live presentation in front of the company why they should keep them? Doesnt "upper management" already know which employees/departments are the most/least valuable? And if they dont, they have a discussion amongst themselves...and if they have a question they don't know the answer to....they ask someone who'd know?- 2,150 replies

Homecoming really doesn't mean much in 2016. Last year's homecoming had 9,188. Based on that I'd give a little bump for playing being pretty good lately. Last year there was also a lot of excitement too with its first ever win against a FBS. The last UND home game had 10,097. I'd be pretty comfortable saying there will be less than that. Hope I'm wrong. (If I had to actually guess a wager amount it would be about 9,800 + - 100).

Well glad I moved when I did. That's a crazy amount of time. Yeah at first I wasn't worried as you said there use to be people directing one lane at a time to go and taking turns but after awhile it became apparent that wasn't the case. Normally I don't have trouble as I park in the south "overflow lot" but I arrived late and was directed to closer champions club spots that weren't taken. And normally a decent part of the crowd leaves a few minutes early but the game was down to the wire so most people stayed put.

Kmart in Moorhead is closing it's doors (appears GF Kmart survived for now. I don't see Sears in the Columbia mall going anywhere or closing anytime soon) Having a local Church in Hope own the mall is probably a bonus (there's a free wifi sitting area where the rock wall was that is pretty nice with new carpet, tables, chairs, fireplace, coffee machine) but no doubt malls are closing all over the country (I enjoyed watching some abandoned malls on youtube. Check out the akron ohio mall).

Got stick in some of the worse out of the Alerus Traffic I had been in for a football game, after 10 minutes of not moving I bolted over to the west side lanes and was out in no time (and the more eastern lanes had to sit and wait til all those lanes emptied) I thought they had people rotating lanes in and out but didn't appear to have any that game.

Lol. Womens favorite line.

I noticed there's construction being done on the old hardees/Dickies building. Any clue what's going in there? Had to get my vehicle tags renewed which led me to the Grand Cities Mall, sad to see the rock wall is no longer there...and it's surprising a business like Christian Bookstore in that mall can survive 30+ years (along with the vacuum/shoe repair stores).

In this case they clearly got it wrong or there was miscommunication....every game usually has less and less people as the season goes on so I'm going to guess 9,600.

Manitoba game day thread bottom page 5 someone posted the display with the 2016 trophy in it, but the actual "2016" on the wall had not been updated yet in that picture.

I looked for it after the Poly game, but I see now you guys bolted over to the hockey game.

Just like Montana, for how many fans and resources that program puts into football it constantly underachieves. Just two nattys over 15 years ago. We'll probably see UND win one before Montana does again.

I just want to pass along a pretty cool app I just discovered that might benefit people who watch online hooking up their computer to their tv's via HDMI cable (still the most reliable way IMO). It's a free app called Remote Link and let's you control everything on your computer via either WiFi or Bluetooth, essentially giving you a wireless keyboard and mouse for your computer (remote control for your computer using your phone).

Everyone probably outbid SDSU last season as they were scheduled to start construction on their new stadium during that time.
-
Probably been discussed but the gopher hawk game will also be on Fox College Sports (along with Fox Sports North.) So that should be online and or available nationally (direct tv).
-
UND expected to finish 6th in the nation according to preseason polls. Let's see if they are able to achieve one of these goals finally.
-
That's cool, haven't seen season two yet but enjoyed season one. Ashton is from Iowa and enjoys college hockey?
-
And a win vs a top ten team in the FCS playoffs.
-
Stats poll was pretty much the only poll last season that didn't have UND making the playoffs...
-
Yup. This isn't hockey using a computer system. This is a smoke filled room with guys printing off a bunch of message board polls. If all the team's above UND keep winning (including UND) they'll just stay in the same position (even if they beat up on each other because they'll use that as a strength of schedule vs UNDs).
-
I guess they wanted to leave no doubt.
-
You have really been struggling the last couple weeks, especially for such a great football mind.

I'm listening to fox on I heart on computer.
