  1. A Public Service Announcement: Dedicated Snow Tires can save your life. There's a lot of people who don't pay attention to their tires tread, hop on the interstate and pass a semi going 80 mph on heavy snow/ice/sleet with bald tires.

Last week Moser wasn't pushing for Grand Forks to build its own drone park. SiouxVolley mentions its at the base and how the base might not want foreign born companies next to it. Now Moser can't stop talking about Grand Forks building its own drone park.

Moser got off the phone on KNOX right now...then the host read three incoming text messages about him. None were flattering. But it's entertaining. Keep up the good work Moser.
  4. That's so 2015. You need to be thinking about 2020.
  5. Don't forget to check out the Forx Builders Home Design and Garden Show at the Alerus this weekend.
  6. I didn't realize it when I posted it, but I guess the city council is already in talks about increasing property taxes.
  7. Your kinda of a big deal now! We have one of our first SiouxSports celebrity! Article in the Herald and interview on WDAZ. Kinda funny how Schlossman didn't want to name this website though.

NDSU wants a piece of the UAV action Fargo Puts on a large Drone Focus Conference And now the new Drone company moving just outside Fargo in Casselton. Fargo is going to do anything it takes to get a piece of the drone industry pie.
  9. bout time. He was on a drought. But now three goals in last two games.
  10. Grand Forks Public Schools overspent by $2 million this year. and will be another million short next year if something doesn't change (time to increase property taxes)! Heard a quote today, "Grand Forks is like a shack with a dirt floor who talks about getting a hot tub." Wreck your car on the roads in Grand Forks getting to an underfunded school system, while the city leaders are busy extending curbs downtown, trying to build a new library, a million dollar light project, and kissing more of the governors butt with downtown vibrancy initiatives:

Congratulations. I think your the first person to use any of my quotes twice. Two months apart between those quotes is even more impressive. Why didn't they want to fly out of Grand Sky?
  12. Rhett Gardner. The only one drafted coming back for his senior year.
  13. Wolanin is 23. A year older than Gersich. Not surprised to hear he signed first.
  14. Rocco says: "You can do both."
  15. I don't think so. There is no guarantee to make more money after their junior year. One could argue they could even develop more in the AHL than another year at UND while getting paid. I don't think someone like Rocco who has spent most of his time in the AHL and only a little in the NHL, sits there at night really wishing he'd have played four years of college instead of only three.
  16. I doubt most who leave early regret it. They make money and don't have to do homework, while getting one step closer of their dreams of being a pro hockey player. It's getting more and more rare for any player to not sign after their junior year at UND. It's a pretty good bet Poolman will be gone after next year too.
  17. Don't go to GopherPuckLive then. It only took me one second to see it over there. The top thread there was started by someone named "F Da Sue". Not to mention they pinned the upcoming game against UND at the top.
  18. Heard over the weekend, the students named the Hawk in the middle of the UND logo. His or her name is Sioux. Go Sioux. Go Hawks. It's one in the same now.
  19. Head over to the Fritz (or is it called The Chester in today's world?) tomorrow. There's gonna be a good performance.
  20. Good ol' Scorin' Goren.
  21. took me a second...
  22. He clearly was trying to go in with his elbow not his knee.
  23. Hakstol was all over the country to look and talk to recruits, including going to Waterloo, Iowa and back in a day just to have coffee with Boeser. He wasn't gonna leave anything up to "chance."
  24. Every coach has their strength and weakness. When Hakstol was running the ship they might have been better recruiters.
  25. Which means I point out things on any UND hockey coach regime.
