I hope they don't change it too much. It was one of the best downtown events the city has ever put on, and the first year numbers reinforce it. Setting was great. If they want "more space" all they have to do is stretch the back past the Toasted Frog.

I'm sure he could have worked at more high profile newspaper if he wanted too. He loves North Dakota and had with a pretty distinguished career. Oh yeah and he's a multimillionaire. The old Sicatoka use to talk about arguing the points and not the author. One his his favorite phrases was: ad hominem. -
Exactly. I've said in the past UND should be at least given the Playmakers @ Canad Inn.

Speaking of white sauce, I had homemade Ranch dressing for the first time in about twenty years. Reminded me a lot of the Red Pepper's white sauce. Would make a very suitable substitute. Equal parts Buttermilk and Mayo, add ranch packet: (This is the original "Ranch Dressing" recipe that Steven Henson served and made famous.)
