"If we had more students here right now. Our attendance would be greater." Said thousands of times a year by every FCS fan base.
-
I think this thread has run its course...
-
If thats the case, welcome to the Summit Augustana!
-
Don't worry. There's still plenty of time left for this team to rally around their dislike of Oxbow.
-
Was my post a Rorschach test for you? Got Minnesota on your Mind much? The NCC when NDSU and SDSU left consisted of: UND NDSU USD SDSU Omaha Augustana Mankato St. Cloud 6 out of the 8 teams will be together now in the Summit. That will very much "feels like" the old NCC days.

I watched it numerous times. Ball was underthrown. Ketteringham should have thrown it deeper in the end zone. That is where it wouldn't have been picked off and Brady would have easily ran under the ball.
-
Brady was running a perfect route straight to the back of the endzone. Then the ball was thrown. Brady suddenly sees the ball in the air and has to adjust his route. Brady runs toward the ball, "five yards in from his original planned route." If Ketteringham doesn't weak throw it and actually throws it to the back of the end zone, Brady takes two quick steps backwards and "Boom. Touchdown!" There's no doubt the ball was underthrown.

I've been told by numerous tv announcers the QB needs to throw the ball where only his receivers can catch it. Ketteringham had two options: shorter pass or longer pass. He picked the middle pass where the Montana player was at.
-
For the most part yesterday, it was a confidence boosting performance for Ketteringham. Now he needs to keep building off of it and keep getting better.
-
Ketteringham was the only player that could have executed that play better. He throw it to the one Montana player who was trying to cover the two UND players by himself.

Here's the attendance for the Big Sky and MVFC games this week: Idaho @ Montana State: 19,177 Youngstown State @ South Dakota State: 14,357 Southern Illinois @ Illinois State: 11,247 (In State rivalry game) Idaho State @ UC Davis: 10,849 Montana @ North Dakota: 10,497 Sac State @ Southern Utah: 10,424 Northern Iowa @ South Dakota: 9,513 Eastern Washington @ Weber State: 8,211 Missouri State @ Indiana State: 6,721 Northern Colorado @ Portland State: 4,375 North Dakota State @ Western Illinois: 2,709 (Wow, that's bad.) The Big Sky and MVFC represent 2 out of the top 3 best attended conferences in FCS Football. Only four games yesterday had a greater attendance than the UND game between the two conferences.

More than ever if the team isn't going to score goals.
-
The next few years, most years, it'll feel like the NCC days for the most part. The only major "D1 difference" will be making the big dance in basketball once or twice a decade. And playing a yearly FBS game, which are always fun.

Is Netflix the end goal for these types of movies nowadays?
-
I apologize for the ISU jinx. Thought they had that one...I can relate to their pain.
-
Gonna be a long season!
-
UND keeps looking better and better every week.
-
One of the highest attended FCS games in the country today and people still complain.
-
"Game was closer than the score indicated."
-
The Ralphs.
-
Bubba didn't want to run the score up. Backups ran the ball on 3rd and 4th down.
-
I just spotted the lost bison fan at the game.
-
They should play football like that more often.
-
Thanks for always keeping the home side constantly full. Great optics from my seat every game.
