I think there's also some confusion when barnwintersports said "gravel, used by Med School and then also for parking for hockey game.” He meant the gravel parking lot behind albatross not the tore up old med school parking lot.

One is private. One is build by the actual university. There are also massive private apartment complexes being build right next to NDSUs campus as I type this.

There seems to be some confusion. The initial question, by northernraider, was about the tearing up of the UND soccer field. Not the resurfacing of a parking lot, that was not gravel.

They always do. Usually not so blatant directly leading to a goal.

Commentators should be ripping on the refs. Not making excuses.

Let me dumb it down. Blue Chippers are "A" rated players. Not all first rounders are "A" rated, but no second rounders are "A" rated. That isn't to say "B" and "C" rated players can't have successful college and pro careers. (And "A" rated players aren't a guarantee either.)

Not many second and third rounders have immediate impacts at UND.
