It looked abandoned when it was still open.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, ... the Missouri facility is listed at 4500 capacity (too small, thought it was 5k min) and as home to Lindenwood hockey. I thought home rinks were non-starters or is this a case where no one else bid (see Notre Dame a few years back). PS - REA should always throw in a min-bid in case they catch a "no one else bid" year.

The year the Frozen Four was in STL, that was the longest trip of BC's season (1200 miles). GFK to DEN: 1000 miles -

FYP. And no, no, no ... down to ND 200, Mayville, Portland, west edge of Portland south to Clifford, then county highway west to Hope then ND 32 then south to Helmer's ... I mean Oriska.
-
Everybody who's anybody knows that ain't in the patch. That's Helmer's Bar (and Strip Club) in Oriska, ND. How do I know that? I've driven ND 32 a couple times. No further comment. @NDRA is that what you were thinkin'?

Same AI does the calculations.

Wooger? No morals? I'll eat my hat.

Bubba took us from "Muss level" to "Massey 15" level. Can he lead and make one more step or is this like Thomas -> Lennon, or Hak -> Berry, or UMD (Bubba -> Nielsen).

I get not liking KEM but that's flat mean. Be nicer.

Your prices are off by at least a factor of three if not four or more. #FleeceTheSwiftees

Taylor Swift dumps KC TE for UND TE Quincy Vaughn?

Kunz finally figured out he's not slow (can't call him fast or first step quick) and big. He's finally realized 'get moving, keep moving, play large, stay large'. I suspect having Johannes (and not Caulfield) to model after is a significant factor.

I like wins and don't worry about the adjectives used with them. Heck, I take bad wins.

Should there be a change in the next ten or so months for whatever reason, I'd expect an all new staff. A new guy would want their guys, no?

You dared say it; the rest of us are stunned.

UND-FB-FAN is in the glasses ...

Shamelessly stolen from elsewhere: Hope NDSU coaches wear khakis this season so he's ... Jake from (ND) State (farm school) wearing khakis.

He's too busy. Him and his fat stacks of oil patch cash are makin' it rain somewhere.

Do we know? And was Dale all that popular (aka influential) at the time having left UND hangin' not long before. And who was on, and influenced, that hiring committee.

The goal of the diamond is to take time and space away from the "umbrella" (two wings and point). Do that and they have to move it and not shoot. But again, it opens up a two on one low.
-
I thought the rule was interpreted as "six feet". Basically if the off-going guy can touch the bench dasher with his stick the on-coming can go but both have to be in that six foot window until one is off. However, the on-coming better not touch the puck until the off-going has a leg over the boards.

Teams are trying a "sliding box" more traditional PK. It's not getting to (sliding to) the wings fast enough (to UND's benefit) on the cross seam pass. I expect someone to go "diamond" to get closer to the shooter wings and the umbrella point. The danger is the down low 2 on 1 the diamond opens up. Which devil ya wanna dance with.
