  1. IAC is not Faison's sandbox; it belongs to University Senate, so the IAC's ineptitude isn't on Faison. I can flip a coin between incompetent and other agendas.
  2. This goes in your mouth; this one goes in your ear; ...
  3. That was a movie? I thought it was a documentary.
  4. Minus Idaho State; Plus Eastern Washington.
  5. Mayonnaise jar.
  6. Which "anybody"? The faculty on campus? Oh, their knickers were in a twist. Heaven forbid someone actually make and act upon a decision.
  7. The last guy to do "this" (make decision unilaterally, cut sports) was Schafer. Kennedy, doing the IAC thing, is a way to make nice-nice to the University Senate and not immediately get tagged "tyrant".
  8. I'm with you, but the last guy did that and he was a tyrant. Can't. Win.
  9. From The Schloss: The more I think about it the more that the IAC had to be "educated" grates on me. Here is their website: http://und.edu/university-senate/committees/intercollegiate-athletic-committee.cfm They are a standing committee. They existed back in the transition to DI days. This is their wheel-house. It what they exist for. And here's one of their primary tasks: The key word in there is ANNUAL. They should be aware of what the budget is and what it nominally looks like, they should know enough about "financial matters" of Athletics, to start this process without "education".
  10. Oh don't get me so giddy and excited.
  11. Do it publicly: sideshow. Do it privately: tyrant. Can't. Win. And if the IAC had to be educated about the Athletic department, what the < bleep > have they been doing? They are a standing committee of the University Senate tasked with overseeing intercollegiate athletics. They are a group that is mandated by NCAA membership (shows institutional control and oversight). Finally, as I've said all along, the IAC being involved is a nice-nice play by Kennedy because he's already said it's his decision and he's going to do it once.
  12. How many years are left on the Target Center deal?
  13. I thought Wisconsin had stronger laws against child abuse.
  14. Here's the memo: http://www.msubobcats.com/news/2016/10/4/general-a-letter-from-the-a-d-october-04-2016.aspx
  15. Yes, the upper portion. They had the new logo on it a couple times between commercials during stoppages.
  16. The center hung board at REA.
  17. Four fried chickens and a Coke. Dry, white toast.
  18. I know this is blasphemy, but, the new logo looked really good on the REA center ice display. Yes, better than the Brien logo. The center ice display never had the resolution to do justice to something so intricate as the Brien logo. The new logo looked clean and sharp.
  19. It's comes as one large package.
  20. And the Foundation being well endowed.
  21. How would we do that? We're already having to redecorate with just Conference and National Championship banners up there.
  22. Not sayin', just sayin' ...
